2025-10-11I had an appointment scheduled, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I arrived on time, yet I had to wait for over an hour, and she still hadn’t started my service. There was no clear communication or apology for the delay. I value professionalism and respect for clients’ time, and this experience definitely didn’t meet my expectations.
