2025-12-07I have been a client for a little while. Usually get Pedi and mani. I am very disappointed with the owner. I called to inquire about the price for a refill for gel X nails. She quoted me $25. At that point I made an appointment. When it was time to pay I was surprised when they told me $45. I explained to the guy taking my payment that the owner told me $25 over the phone. She was in a back room. They consulted with her and he came back out and said $45. She didn't even come out to apologize or address the issue. Totally unacceptable. They lost a client. Shame on you. A business owner should not be conducting herself in such a manner, very unprofessional. She completely ignored the situation.
