I had my nails done at Ty Beauty Nails, and Andy did an amazing job! He was super quick but still very detail-oriented — my nails came out absolutely perfect. The shape, color, and finish were exactly what I wanted. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend asking for Andy if you want beautiful nails done efficiently and professionally!

I have been a client for a little while. Usually get Pedi and mani. I am very disappointed with the owner. I called to inquire about the price for a refill for gel X nails. She quoted me $25. At that point I made an appointment. When it was time to pay I was surprised when they told me $45. I explained to the guy taking my payment that the owner told me $25 over the phone. She was in a back room. They consulted with her and he came back out and said $45. She didn't even come out to apologize or address the issue. Totally unacceptable. They lost a client. Shame on you. A business owner should not be conducting herself in such a manner, very unprofessional. She completely ignored the situation.
