I had a wonderful manicure. My nail tech was awesome. I’m sorry to say that I didn’t get her name but I definitely plan to have her do my nails again. I just got a regular manicure this time but have been going there for years and I highly recommend them.

I recently visited this salon and was booked with Tracy for a manicure. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. While I understand that everyone can have an off day, I found Tracy to be somewhat inattentive and rushed throughout the appointment. Despite providing a clear reference photo, the final result did not reflect what I had requested. Additionally, the application was uneven, and some of the polish began chipping within a few days, which is especially disappointing given the price point. There was also a lack of attention to detail during the service—one of my cuticles was nicked, and the overall experience felt more stressful than relaxing. Customer service and quality are key in any salon experience, and unfortunately, this visit fell short on both. I hope this feedback can be taken constructively, as I believe there's potential for improvement with better attention to client care and communication.

10/10 looooved Kim and loved the conversation she is a queen and as a girl with tremendous foot pain who works on her feet 65 hours a week, the spa pedicure relieved my pain for a few hours after my appointment and I could walk like a normal person for a little bit. I just moved to the area from Naples and this will be my go to spot nowwwww (gel polish always btw nothing better!)

My daughter and I had a great experience here today. We chose to come here because their hours were later than most. They are open until 7 which is awesome. Ms Kim and LC were super accommodating and both have great talent! They even stayed late for us, which I tried to avoid, but they seemed very humble and kindly stayed late for us. Of course I took care of them for their troubles and they graciously accepted and were super polite the whole time. Oh and my feet are extremely ticklish and I also don’t like nail files - the noise and feel makes my skin crawl. Again, they were super accommodating to my squirming in my seat and using earbuds to drown out the noise and neither of them made me feel uncomfortable about it at all. So, thank you ladies!! We will def be back!

Extremely pleased with services received from Tracy and her staff. I always leave with gorgeous fingers and toes that have been perfectly pampered. I get a fill with gel polish and regular pedicure every three weeks. Have never had a problem. Highly recommend.
