Hello, I’ve been a loyal client of Noire The Nail Bar on Pineisland for quite some time, and I am saddened to see some of these bad reviews. I can confidently say that the information in these reviews are completely inaccurate. This establishment maintains exceptionally high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. For every service, the staff opens a sterile, sealed kit of tools right in front of the client, and each pedicure bowl is lined with a fresh disposable wrap before use. Their hygiene practices are thorough and consistent. There services are always at maximum expectations to each and every single customer. Noire The Nail Bar is a family-owned business that truly cares about its clients and reputation. If there is ever any issue during your visit, the best approach would be to address it directly with management at that time, who are always willing to make things right. I’ve always experienced professionalism, kindness, and outstanding service here. I genuinely love this location and its wonderful team. I hope that you’ll reconsider coming to this amazing place because of misleading reviews. Wishing you all the best.

Upon my arrival, I received a warm welcome, and I had the pleasure of spending time with my daughter-in-law, during which we both greatly enjoyed our pedicures. The staff members were exceptionally professional and made us feel very comfortable. The establishment itself is beautifully decorated and maintained in impeccable condition. TeeTee and Bee provided outstanding nail services, and Benjamin demonstrated remarkable patience and kindness. I have found the perfect nail salon for my beauty treatments whenever I am in the area. Thank you all very much! I also had the opportunity to meet a long-time customer and received wonderful feedback regarding Noire Services and its staff, which further enhanced my comfort and enjoyment. The atmosphere was delightful, and the people were lovely.

Loving the experience. Fast service but did not feel rushed. Did my design to my liking. I really experienced 5 star service. Everything was nice and clean and sterile at my visit

Be aware of the pricing. I came in with gel builder and gel polish on my natural nail. I asked for builder gel, gel polish, with a manicure. I am including a before picture(what I walked in with) so I can make sure what i am saying is explained and accurate, along with the receipt. The bright red is was I walked in with and the dark red with black is what i walked out with. 1)The guy that did my nails did not understand anything of what i was telling him at all, even to the point i showed him a picture of what i wanted and he did the complete opposite, he got to the nail polish i let him finish because I 'know if he had a special technique i don't know about. I wanted what is on the picture red with black ombre at the bottom, when he first did it he painted the nail black and then tried to do red at the bottom. He ended up having to remove the polish and redoing the color again. 2) I came in as you can see with almond shaped nails, My nails with a builder gel on top, when i went to pay as you can see i was charged for my shape, and for acrylic removal, (I don't have acrylic) 3) at no point was their a manicure done 4) at check out i saw the price, shocked as i have never paid 97$ for a gel builder refill and an ombre design. i told the person that is steep, like what is the breakdown but he couldn't understand me so the lady came up after he went to go get her, since he could not understand. I explained to the person these chargers are not ok, i came in with my almond shape he barely filed them 5$ for that and i did not have acrylic but was charged 15$ for removal, the price for builder gel is 67$(which was expensive) and then the nail "design" is an addition 15$. she then tells me oh he said you had acrylic, i will refund the acrylic removal and the shape charge. I told her to keep it and give it to him as tip since my debit card was already charged at that point. I will not be back due to this interaction and if you do go i would recommend asking for a breakdown of the pricing before hand.

This was hands down the best experience ive had at a nail salon. Michael was quick but efficient. i have been getting my nails done for over 10 years, and this i fear was the BEST set ive ever had! ***ONE WEEK update… all of my nails began to lift by day 5, and they have all been taken off because i am a hairstylist and my nails lifting was causing hair to get caught underneath them, which was uncomfortable for me and pulled my clients hair. it has been EXACTLY a week. meaning these nails lasted a quarter of the time they should have (for me). not thrilled lmfao.
