2025-10-22I've been coming here for about a year. They do a great job. I always ask for Michael or Vina. Michael is great when I need a regular gel manicure, his manicures last for weeks. Vina is amazing at nail art. She's the best at free handing any design I ask.

Michael did an amazing work, he took the his time during the process, I absolutely would back to get my nails done here. $65 for press on nails I think is very reasonable, the service was quick and the staff was very kind. Very satisfied with my nails today, I totally recommend them

2025-03-17Uneven paint. Bubbles in the topcoat. Left multiple cuticles bleeding and in pain. I overpaid (service prices online do not match in store pricing) and went straight to another salon. Used to love this place when i came here regularly 2 years ago, not anymore. I called to ask for a refund and even offered to come in and have them removed for the refund. To this they told they dont do refunds. I even offered to still give the tech her tip as I understand i was a portion of her work day. They said they will only redo the nails which i dont trust anyone in there with sharp tools and chemicals around my skin anymore. After saying no to the refund, the man on the phone (i believe one of the owners) hung up on me mid sentence?!?! Poor customer service. To believe i left a 25% tip. Negative 10 stars.

2025-08-22I’ve been here multiple times and I often leave dissatisfied. My coat was uneven and messy , once I mentioned this she offered to redo them and I declined. I still paid full price and I didnt even receive the full manicure ( including paint) I was also charged twice for a soak off when I only received it once, and there was a 2$ service charge. My advice would be to find a good tech and stick with them. You can see a difference when someone is rushing the process.

The tech was so patient when I couldn’t decide on a color, and she recommended one that I absolutely love. The whole experience felt professional and welcoming.
