2025-12-15Just don’t go there. I was a loyal customer for two years, coming in regularly every three weeks. In recent months, the service has become absolutely terrible. They schedule appointments, I clear my calendar, and then they cancel half an hour before. All the good technicians have left, and whoever is left does a poor job. My nails break constantly, and they refuse to fix them. They quote one price when you arrive, and then suddenly charge a different price at checkout. Bad service, poor professionalism, dishonest pricing. Just no. In response to the owner’s reply — my nails broke repeatedly within days like you can see in the picture that’s not “weeks “ nails I reached out as soon as the issue occurred, and never asked it to be fore free?! the refusal to fix poor workmanship is exactly the problem described in this review.

2025-10-11⭐ 1 star My daughter Eduarda had her nails done by Andrea at this salon, and they turned out terrible. We paid a high price expecting quality service, but the result looked like a child did her nails messy polish and poor finishing. We spoke to the front desk, but no one cared, and they didn’t offer to fix the nails or give any discount. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. You can check the attached photos to see how bad the work was. Definitely would not recommend and won’t be coming back.
