This message is directly written to inform and warn my Sistas! Specifically, be on your guard and be aware of the quality of service you receive. Pay attention during your pedi/mani, etc. ​It’s as though the expectation by these people is that we should accept whatever the dish is, pay, and walk out of their business place. They are known to provide shortcuts and halfway, rushed services to us. When we ask them to fix the issue, we are rudely greeted with, "You expect too much!" We are yelled at, disrespected, met with a refusal to do a better job, and threatened with calling the police. They know we are projected as loud and out of control, and the police will get involved. Even though we never ever refuse to pay—we simply ask for the service you promised us—they fall short just because they get away with too much.I'm going to get my nails professionally done today. He applied the gel cure ,no buffing just one mess if a job . Ruin my nails and wasted my time . Never in this lifetime I'll ever step foot any of of their salon ! I'll drive to lehigh acres to support real nail techs. ​Please avoid this! Please do it for us, do it for your daughters, do it for future Sistas. Pictures attached below ! Tried many nail salons around Ft. Myers being that I’ve only lived here a couple of years. Clean salon, friendly staff, and they have a Bar, yes I said a Bar!! So if you want to have a drink while getting your nails done have at it! I made my second appointment for today so that tells you something! Also their website is easy to navigate and make an appointment for whatever it is you need done. Ana was my nail tech and she did an amazing job, my nails lasted over 3 weeks with no problems, they still look great just grown out. Ana was very pleasant, didn’t talk a whole bunch but I’m fine with that, I like to relax in my own thoughts ☺️

absolutely fell in love with this nail salon — and especially with Natalie! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. She’s not just talented — she’s an artist. The way she paid attention to every little detail and made sure my nails were exactly how I envisioned them was amazing. 💅✨ Natalie has such a calm and positive energy, and you can tell she truly loves what she does. My nails have never looked or felt this good, and I honestly can’t stop staring at them. The salon itself is super clean, relaxing, and has the best vibe. If you’re looking for someone who will take their time and make you feel absolutely pampered, go see Natalie. I’m officially obsessed and definitely coming back — I’ve found my nail home! 💖

I cannot rave enough about 5th Nail Salon—especially Natalie! Every time I sit in her chair, I know I’m about to fall in love with my nails all over again. She’s incredibly talented, detail-oriented, and always brings my vision to life with precision and creativity. My most recent set—a cat eye butterfly design—has me absolutely obsessed. The shimmer, the shape, the delicate butterfly accents… it’s pure magic. I’ve gotten so many compliments, and I can’t stop staring at them myself! Natalie is truly an artist, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my nails. If you’re looking for a nail tech who listens, delivers, and exceeds expectations every single time, Natalie at 5th Nail Salon is the one. 💅🦋

I have been here a couple of times now and Hanny never fails to amaze me. These are by far my favorite nail set I have ever gotten. I went in with a different inspo pic but I forgot I had to select design when booking so that they could block out time for that, but Hanny told me that she would do what she could and they turned out even better than what I originally wanted. She is the sweetest person ever and will never let you walk out unhappy. This nail salon is such a good environment to be in no matter which nail tech you book. I will definitely be coming back for my next set!!
