Joyce and the manager were amazing. The accommodations they provided to my daughter and I made the 1st time experience much more memorable. Joyce took her time and did not get upset when my daughter would move a little. Joyce engaged in conversations with my daughter and I; which made the process much more personable. Joyce is honest and will let you know if she can or can’t. She’ll provide you with alternatives but she will still attempt to give you what you want. She cared about my daughter. The atmosphere is very clean, calming and welcoming. Thank you for making my daughter 1st time experience a special experience.

The staff at NailSpa Miami Wellness Center are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and the place is spotless! They truly offer it all — with a wide-ranging menu that includes more services than any other spot in the area. From facials, waxing, and eyelashes to hair care, face and body treatments, and, of course, top-notch nail services and relaxing pedicures with foot massages — they do it all. Very disappointed with my experience at this establishment. I came in to do my eyelashes and waxing. The person who did my lashes did an absolutely terrible job on them. She even got glue in my eyes. They looked wonky and I wasn’t happy with them, but she had spent almost an hour applying them and I was ready to go at that point so I left. The following morning, one of the lashes fell off as I was (gently) washing my face, even though I avoided my eye area. She had told me they would last up to 2 weeks, but they didn’t even last 24 hours. I contacted the salon a couple hours later when they opened and some to a man named Son. I explained what had happened and he told me to come in and he would fix them. I arrived shortly after, and he applied a new set of strips. I tipped him generously, despite the fact that I had already paid for this service and tipped $15 the first time. Upon arriving at home, my roomate pointed out that my lashes looked wonky and when I looked in the mirror I could see how bad they looked (see attached photo). Within 12 hours they began to lift off my lash line in the outer corner. Unbelievable! I called Son once again and he began to explain that this “never happens”, etc etc. I asked if I could have credit for another service, and he told me he’s “not the owner, the owner is out of the country, and he’ll reach out to him for a solution and get back to me.” Well, he didn’t get back to me. I wasted over $100 on their awful lash service, tipping, and the Ubers I had to take to the salon because my car is in the shop. I’m warning you to avoid this salon because they will keep your money and do not stand behind their services. I’m very angry and disappointed. I will never return to this establishment and strongly suggest you don’t risk losing your hard earned money there like I did. Zero stars.

While vacationing, I stumbled upon NailSpa Miami Wellness Center in North Miami, where I indulged in their head spot therapy treatment. The outcome was impressive – my hair and scalp felt cleaner than ever. The room exuded tranquility, and the massage was sublime. The treatment utilized high-end products with alluring scents. I was thoroughly impressed and intend to return. NailSpa Miami Wellness Center is a haven of relaxation, boasting a welcoming staff and pristine environment. My discovery of this oasis has been a highlight of my trip.

My wife and I stopped by NailSpa Miami Wellness Center for some last-minute services before my business trip, and we couldn’t have been happier. The salon was spotless, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the service was top-notch. I got a clear gel manicure and a volcano gel pedicure, which included a relaxing hot wax treatment—it felt amazing!! Update: I came back for a facial and the head spa treatment, and I have to say—it was the best I’ve ever had. This place truly goes above and beyond what most other salons offer. Highly recommend NailSpa Miami Wellness Center if you’re looking for a place that does it all. Thank you again! I’ll definitely be back!!!
