I’m so happy I found Beauty Refresh! The salon itself is absolutely stunning clean, chic, and relaxing. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel right at home. Everyone is so sweet and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. My Russian manicures and pedis are always the most stunning flawless (thank you Olga). & as of my hair, it has never felt healthier! You can truly tell they care about the health of your hair and use high-quality products. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a salon that delivers both amazing results and a beautiful experience.

I visited this salon about a week and a half ago and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. First of all, I learned that in Florida dry-heat sterilization is not mandatory. But that usually applies to American style manicures where there isn’t much cutting of the cuticle. In my case the technician did cut me. I asked for proper disinfection immediately, but she only treated the wound reluctantly at the very end. The spot where I sat was not cleaned after the previous client. The technician didn’t disinfect the area before I came, and it didn’t feel sanitary. I also couldn’t tell if the tools were sanitized or not, because the technician was running late and in a rush. She pulled the tools out of a cabinet in a way that did not look professional. I even asked them to show me camera footage to prove the tools had been disinfected, but they never sent it. This leaves me very unsure whether the instruments used were clean. The manicure itself was also poor quality. My cuticles grew back visibly within just three days. And I even noticed a hair embedded in the polish on one of my nails. Clearly not from the polish but an actual hair. Overall I am not satisfied with this salon. The cleanliness, professionalism and quality of the manicure were far below expectations.

The salon is always spotless, welcoming, and beautifully organized. What really sets it apart, though, is Olga—she’s an absolute artist. Her attention to detail is unmatched. She takes her time, listens to what you want, and always delivers perfect shape, smooth finish, and incredible durability. My nails never lift or chip, even after weeks! Whether you want a clean classic look or something more creative, Olga nails it every single time. I constantly get compliments and questions about where I get my nails done—this is the place.
