Thursday evening August 29, 2024, my friend and I came in for pedicures and had made an appointment earlier in the day. When we arrived, we were directed to chairs for pedicures. Quite some time went by before anyone acknowledged us otherwise. After a bit someone filled the water for the foot baths. Mine ended up getting cold because it sat awhile, so not even a nice soak while waiting. The massage chairs would usually be enjoyable while waiting, but the one I was in did not seem to respond well or often to the buttons being pushed, including when the nail tech tried to move it forwards and backwards, which took a bit for her to get it to cooperate. They did not end up starting on our pedicures until an hour after our arrival / appointment time. When we came in and stated what we were there for with an appointment, it would've been courteous and appreciated if someone would have let us know that it could be an extensive wait despite having an appointment so we could know what to expect. While we were thanked for waiting, a free upgrade or offering of something extra would've been nice. Or even to have made sure to spend good time on us would have been nice. These were the fastest pedicures ever - less than fifteen minutes! A pedicure is something that we hadn't done for awhile and was too be a nice treat, but instead wasn't such an enjoyable experience. We both ended up getting the $25 express pedicure, but only my friend was asked what type she wanted. We both had considered the deluxe actually. Unfortunately, I don't think we'll be returning and will choose to go elsewhere in the future. It was just not such an enjoyable experience. I did additionally get my eyebrows waxed, which I have no complaints about. They look great and it was quick. It was $8 for eyebrow waxing. My prior 5 star review from about a year ago in 2023: Great experience other than a little wait, but on a Saturday I wasn't too surprised. Prices are reasonable and good service. I got the $25 pedicure.

was looking for a new nail salon so I stopped in ask how long the wait was said a few minutes I waited 30 minutes to get a 20 minute pedicure. Never said hello or introduced herself Walks over slams my armrest down and proceeds to start on my feet. girl never asked me what type of pedicure I wanted to get Or if that was even my color sitting there , it could’ve been the color from the previous client for all she knew. the only thing she said to me was your toenail was broke when you got here and then do you wanna leave a tip as I was walking out the door? not even a great job was done. I guess I’ll keep looking for a new nail place.

So it's my birthday weekend and I scheduled an appointment for a Facial, pedicure and nail soak off. They confirmed my appointment only to tell me after they finished my pedicure that their Facial steamer is down. So when my appointment was confirmed they didn't check to make they can provide the services that I needed. Then have the nerve to tell me i can come back tomorrow. Then she proceeded to sand off my nail, no I asked for it to be soaked off. Just to be told she has other customers waiting so she can't do that. If you know you cannot provide the services a customer wants, do not accept their appointment, simple. In all my 30+ plus years of getting my nails done I've never encountered such unprofessional people and I'm from Brooklyn. That's says a lot about their customer service. Worst salon in Apopka. I suggest you save your money and go elsewhere. Luckily I was able to find another salon to do my Facial. I should have gone there in the first place. They were a lot more professional and actually soaked off my nails the right way

I am thoroughly disgusted with my experience at this nail salon. I had a 5:00 PM appointment and arrived ten minutes early, only to be told to sit and wait. I sat until 5:40 without any acknowledgment while watching multiple walk-ins who arrived after me get served first. Only when I stood to leave did they claim I was suddenly next. I refused to stay due to their appalling service and rude staff. The salon itself is a mess—barely any waiting area, no working AC making it stiflingly uncomfortable, and no ventilation, so the chemical fumes were so overpowering my eyes burned the entire time. I will never return to this poorly managed establishment.
