Angel Nails

I'm surprised this place has a decent rating. I did not have a good experience. I feel the nail tech was cutting corners at my expense to go fast. First, he was vaping in my face at the table- how unprofessional. He broke a nail, he cut me, he continued to use community tools on me, even after I told him I was bleeding. He sanded my nails all the way down instead of taking the time to soak them off like literally everyone else does. He painted the dip on super thick, instead of dipping. Because he didn't do the dip (which is obviously what I asked for) the color is uneven, not to the edges or the base of the nail. I'm no expert but he didn't do the powder base or activator, which every other place uses. I told him I was unhappy with his application and he stated it was my fault for picking the color. I said the color wasn't the problem, the application was. The gaps arent huge, but they wouldn't have been there at all if he did the multiple thin layers which is a regular dip. Do not recommend.

Kent did an amazing job AS ALWAYS on my nails. Very professional. Takes pride in his work. Cannot recommend enough! He is the BEST in the salon with designs. Best customer service around!

Was really looking forward to this salon as I always see their work on Facebook. Had one guy start my soak off process which all he did was file off the top coat, then get up and walk outside without a word. A lady sat down and finished. She was quick I’ll give her that and they look decent for now. The salon it self was not very organized looking and honestly looked dirty. I won’t be back unless I’m in the area. ETA:Actually I will not be back. Less than 24 hours later, my car eye top coat peeled off 2 nails. Not worth it at all.

Update: I think it’s important that the public not only sees the good side of this business but the not so good side as well. This business wants to hide any negative reviews rather than accepting their mistakes. Since the owner wants to call me a liar, I’ve updated the review with a screenshot from our messages of him offering to redo my nails for free to take the review down.. because I wasn’t willing to do that, he has said I am lying. It’s unfortunate that is the way they do business. I don’t appreciate being called a liar. Again.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place! Trying to find a great local nail salon but this one isn’t it!!! The employees are nice and willing to fix their mistakes but after paying 85 dollars plus tip for just my nails, I feel like I shouldn’t have to come back each week to get them repaired. Usually my nails last a minimum of 4 weeks before breaking. The quality of nails are extremely low but prices are very high. My nails lasted less than a week before having to be repaired the first time.. at 85 dollars, this shouldn’t be the case. I would not recommend this salon.

So I went as a walk in this morning to get a pedicure. Decided to ask about if they do eyebrows as well and was happy to know that's a yes! So I got a pedicure and my eyebrows waxed! I had tech Sofia! She was amazing and nice and always making sure I was ok! She did such an amazing job with the massaging and my toes. I accidentally hit one of their stools with my big toe when I got up to do the waxing and she didn't mind at all and fixed it right away! Such a kind pleasant experience today which was exactly 💯 what I needed!! I cam today as a break, a mental health day so to speak, life's been lifing lately, and this gave exactly what I was looking for. They were the only salon open on a Sunday at 10am! Everyone else is 11am or not open at all which like I said, I was happy to see them open! Great price for all I got done and super happy with the experience! Will be going back and will be asking for miss Sofia again!! (Sorry if I spelled your name wrong Sofia or Sophia , not sure which way 😆🙈) Amazing experience!! Highly recommend! Edit Mother's day trip 💐 Another great appointment and amazing time! Sofía kills it every time! She's so sweet and does such a great job with the massaging! Everyone is always so kind and greet you like family. This was the best mother's day 💐❤️ Thank you angel nails! Will be back!
