I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with the work I received here. The first four pictures show the nails I got done at this salon, and the last two show how my nails normally look when I go to my regular nail tech. The lady who did my nails was very kind, but the quality just wasn’t there. I originally wanted a French tip, but after seeing the application, I decided to switch to a basic gel polish—and even then, the results were not good. It took about 5–6 coats, and my nails still look thick, uneven, and nothing like the clean, smooth finish I’m used to. Considering I came in on a day and time when the salon was not busy at all, I’m honestly confused about how this was the final result. Overall, it was disappointing, especially given the time and money spent ($90)

I had my nails done by Kim this past Tuesday. The first photo shows the design I requested in yellow, and the second photo shows what I actually received—for $78. Unfortunately, the result was disappointing and far from what I asked for. This experience didn’t feel professional, and it seemed like the work was rushed rather than done with care or passion. I won’t be returning, and I sincerely hope the salon takes this as constructive feedback. Customers deserve quality service—especially when paying premium prices. Money doesn’t come easy, and I expected much better.

This is my favorite nail salon in Gainesville! I’ve been coming here for years and have always left happy. The staff are so sweet and the salon is clean, with a nice open space. KD and Wendy worked hard together on my set today. I showed them my inspo photo and KD started mixing polish to get the right color, practicing the technique, and Wendy took her time making sure her design application was perfect and that they were exactly the shape and length I wanted. I am obsessed with how they turned out! 🤎

Everytime I come here, I’m blown away by the amount of talent and friendliness of these employees. I’m someone who works with my hands a lot, so acrylics only last 2 weeks-ish as apposed to the 3 they are supposed to, however, once I started coming here my nails last up to 3 1/2 to 4 weeks before i even start to see them lift, it’s quite incredible! The prices are extremely reasonable for a college girl! Everyone is super sweet and incredibly dedicated to excellent nails and service ! 10/10 recommend!
