Wouldn’t be my first choice but nice atmosphere, clean and good color selection. I went here twice, first was a good experience enough to want to go back a 2nd time. My first visit was a dazzle dry mani and it was great and the service I received from staff was great as well. Fair priced. When I returned I called beforehand to schedule an appointment with my desired tech, appointment confirmed. When I arrived they told me the tech had been on vacation and will be out for the next week or so. I told them I literally called this morning and they confirmed my appointment with her. They then proceeded to tell me someone else answers their phones and does their appointments. I later seen them answer the phones, likely did not want to lose business and lied. Upset and confused but I proceeded with someone else. Did not like this tech, attempted to talk me out of my color choices calling “white” colors boring for toe color. Could not paint my whole nail and only painted the center of my nails with the edges completely bare. Also she didn’t even attempt to shape them they were all different lengths. My pedicure was okay, painted and shaped well but wasn’t much done. Overall wouldn’t rush to return.

This is my second time coming to Malvern Nail spa. I called beforehand to ask for my preferred tech, David, who did an amazing job. I showed him a picture for inspo and told him exactly what I wanted. David is precise and very skilled while doing your nails which I appreciate the most because I'm overly critical. The nail spa is clean, quiet, and relaxing. I would definitely recommend!

Beautiful, clean and stylish nail salon and convenient location! Service was welcoming and gel builder quality was excellent by nail tech Casey! She also did my eyebrow wax and did a great job with shaping. Lots of colors and options of services. My new go-to place.

The manager Casey did my nails and I'm in love with how they turned out!! This is my first time doing builder gel nails and they look so natural and beautiful! She really cares about her customers and makes you feel right at home😊

I went here the beginning of September and was serviced great… then when I came back earlier this week for a refill it was horrible. The lady refilling the acrylic drilled so much underneath that it destroyed my nails and within 24 hours one broke. Then last night another broke IN THE MIDDLE OF MY NAIL BED!! It’s now completely exposed!! If that’s not bad enough the manager Casey got distracted in the middle of my nails because the card reader wasn’t working properly for another customer. I sat there for 10 mins before she just said “you’re done”. Well the left hand never was given a top coat or something before it immediately started chipping. Also no hot towel no cuticle wok or anything like that. I also had glue left on the sides and had to peel it off myself. So now I spent almost $100 with tip and was rushed out with no regard for the quality and have destroyed my nails.
