Bliss Nails and Spa 1 Gambrills

My kid went to get her nails done for school (senior) showed a inspo pic and 4 people were like yea, no problem. Nails were popping off while being filed/sanded. The shape off almost every nail. The “French tip” is crooked on every nail. This is after she spoke up and said forget the inspo pic just do French. If I was with her I wouldn’t have paid that’s how bad they are. Highly disappointed as this is for her first day of senior year. I understand not being able to replicate a inspo pic. But not being able to do a basic full set with French design is unacceptable. The only reason she ended up at this salon is because her normal guy from another salon is out of the country for the summer.

Was a walk in, design was beautiful but had some early chipping. The pic is after getting them done 2 weeks ago, the white tip started chipping. I usually don’t have that issue when getting acrylic & gel which typically lasts 4 weeks for me.

I hadn’t gotten my nails done in years and figured I would try out Bliss for a special event. I saw Lisa and she did an AMAZING job that I now come back like clockwork because I am obsessed with the nail designs she does for me. I send her an inspiration photo and she does my nails like the photo but even better. The salon is clean, has peaceful music playing, and offers a wide variety of different treatments for every service you need. I always get gel acrylic manicures and pedicures. I cannot recommend this salon or Lisa enough!

I took my son and my sister to get pedicures and full sets for me and my sister. I knew that I was asking for a big order. Judy grabbed Tom and Wendy and went to work. I have been following Judy for years and she is always taking good care of me and anyone else that I bring with me. I highly recommend Bliss/Judy. She is very attentive and thorough.

The first nail Technician was lazy and use old polish on my nails and did a sloppy job with my gel manicure. I was never offered anything to drink and I watched other customers being served sodas. The second nail technician Lisa stepped in and restored my nails to a professional gel manicure. If I come back again Lisa would be my manicurist. Lisa displayed excellent customer service, the rest of the shop lacked customer service skills and could use training in that department. Overall not a good experience, but Lisa made it better for my first visit in that salon.
