2025-07-02Called for an appointment at 1:00 didn’t get seen til 1:30 and it’s now 3:30 and still waiting for them to fix the mistake they made. I paid 55.00 for pedicure and 10.00 tip to be meet with an offer of refund of 5.00 and told to come back another day to fix it. If I would have known I would have now paid. Very frustrating and unprofessional customer service. As I am here waiting for them to fix their mistake another women walks in with an issue and is issued a full refund no issue and when I asked what’s the difference the owner got an attitude and told me I can leave. I am so annoyed and flabbergasted by the way I was treated.
