Been going here faithfully since 2016; last time, the nail tech lady really hurt me, I asked her to be more gentle but instead she got angry, yelled at me & then dug into my toe with the nail nipper about 5x harder and made me bleed. I yelped and said ow, and then she started actually screaming at me and didn’t stop. The nail tech sitting next to her told her to leave and she continued literally screaming up at the front of the store for a good five minutes. No idea what she was saying. Will never return to this place. I don’t care that I’ve gone here for 10 years.

It is insane how few nail salons know how to do an ombré full set (and do it well). After trying six different salons in Newark, Bear and Pike Creek, I ventured to Greenville and found Zyng. Believe the reviews. They are definitely a nice and “worth it” nail salon. While parking is easy, getting into the salon, as a first timer, was confusing because the main entrance (according to Google) is off the main road with the traffic light so you’re walking alongside oncoming traffic. I wish they allowed you to schedule online, but they do have an iPad check in system which is amazing. Will definitely make the trek to Greenville, because the service and the prices for quality work were worth it.

my friend and i came here for our prom nails, and they were amazing!! we set up an appointment, came in fifteen minutes early, and they took us in even though our appointment wasn’t for fifteen minutes. on top of this, the service was exceptional! all the nail techs were so nice, and my nails turned out amazing!! it was my first time at this place, but it definitely won’t be my last!! 10/10 recommend:))

Decently priced nails & cute styling! Love that the one gal suggested the glitter under the orange French tip as they didn’t have orange glitter. I appreciate when they try to improvise with you and not laugh at you and discourage you from self care. It was kind of difficult finding the entrance to the store & I wish they had better lotion (don’t rush the hand massage) because my hands were really dried after this and one of my fingernails chipped a bit (the next day) but overall; I Would return!

Extremely rude service, terrible color selection, and sloppy job on my nails. Asked for a brown color and they kept bringing me the wrong color and getting mad that I didn’t like the shade because it was red… For a nail salon not to have a simple color like brown and be rude on top of that , they won’t be getting my service again.
