I had an incredible session with Cristina at Serenity Spa. Her hot stone massage was heavenly — I literally went into a trance. She’s super skilled and attentive, and the whole place has such a calm, relaxing vibe. Easily one of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

My facial was incredible with Eva, I wish I had stopped there. She was incredibly skilled & attentive. I would love to see her again. My massage with Christina was so bad I had to stop it a 1/4 of the way in. It was by far the worst massage I ever started to have. She asked me zero questions about what I wanted to focus on or any body pain I was having & just started with the laziest most basic of massages - my massage during my masks during my facial was a million times better - but a lazy massage would have been fine- good enough for me - if she wasn’t scratching me with either her nails or rough cuticles the whole time, I was in literal pain & she also put something - a pillow that couldn’t be properly sanitized on my face right after a facial. All I had done before I stopped her because I couldn’t take it anymore was my hands and feet- the same as I had during my facial - & I left during legs because I now feel have scratch marks all over my inner thighs that I’m going to go home & pour peroxide on to make sure I don’t get an infection. Before I told her she was scratching/hurting me she did my arms & feet (same as I had in the facial) & 11/2 legs. She did not reduce her price even though I told her I was stopping because of how uncomfortable my skin was. My inner thighs still hurt. More than disappointing- very upsetting experience with her & I left stressed & upset.

My massage with Cristina was AMAZING! Great communicator while also being very intuitive. The relief I felt after my massage was everything I needed. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!.

I booked a Body Polish treatment at Serenity Spa expecting a thorough exfoliation and to leave feeling clean and refreshed. Instead, it was one of the most disappointing spa experiences I’ve ever had. First, Cristina, the therapist, wasn’t welcoming at all—she didn’t even greet me when I arrived, despite me being there 15 minutes early. No smile, no hello—just completely cold and uninviting. The service itself lasted only 40 minutes and was nowhere near a proper body polish. She lightly rubbed my legs with a damp towel, barely used any scrub, then did the same to my back with a quick wipe from a hot towel. After turning over, she repeated the same minimal routine on the front of my arms, legs, and décolleté. It felt rushed, careless, and ineffective. To make matters worse, she finished by slathering a thick layer of oil—claiming it was lotion—which wasn’t rubbed in at all. I left the spa feeling sticky and greasy, and even stuck to my car seat on the way home. I had to shower immediately just to feel clean. I’m only in town for my husband’s golf tournament, but if we ever return to this area, I definitely won’t be back—and I wouldn’t recommend Serenity Spa to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

I had the most amazing experience with Christina during my Swedish massage and scalp massage. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Her technique was incredibly soothing — I truly felt like I was on clouds the entire time. Every detail was thoughtful and relaxing. Christina has a special touch that left me feeling refreshed and completely renewed. 10/10 — I can’t wait for my next massage appointment.
