2025-12-08Had an amazing first experience at The Zen Nail Salon! We had a dip manicure, gel manicure and two spa gel pedicures. Our nail techs were polite, welcoming, accommodating and very thorough. I am beyond impress with the entire experience. We did not have an appointment, the salon was very busy and yet we only waited about 5 minutes. The complimentary drinks were delicious, the decorations beautiful and the entire atmosphere was relaxing. We drove a hour to try this salon and we can't wait to visit again!

2025-10-23Asked for a full set and somehow ended up with this gel x that costed me 75 dollars. I regularly get my nails done and have never had such thin and horrible nails done ever. The customer service was awful, no attention to the cuticles, they are extremely rough on the back, and I feel like I’m wearing press ons. I would never do something like this but this is a different degree of awful. I get crazy designs normally and spend the same amount I just Spent on honestly straight garbage. Never go here unless you want to pay an extremely high price for low quality service.
