This was my first visit to the salon, and while it's a bit on the pricier side, I decided to try the builder gel instead of a regular fill—and I don’t regret it! My nail tech was fantastic, super professional, and really attentive to my needs. She did an amazing job, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I recommend this salon and will definitely be returning in a few weeks to continue my builder gel journey! I’m giving the salon four stars overall, but it’s very close to five if the cleanliness and organization were improved slightly. Keep in mind, there is a 3% service charge on credit cards, which brought my total to $83 (including the 3% charge). This covered the removal of my previous set, shaping, new builder gel, and coloring. I was a little disappointed not to receive any cuticle removal, but I understand the nail tech was a bit rushed to get to other clients.

I have never been more disappointed in a salon experience. I sat in the chair next to another guest who was already in the process of receiving a pedicure and I was done at least fifteen minutes before them. My feet soaked in barely lukewarm water for less than 2 minutes. I let the technician know that the water was not warm but they just pulled my feet out. No dead skin was removed, no cuticles were removed, the callous scraper was used on one foot only. The polish job is terrible - streaky and and bumpy. I'm embarrassed to say that I paid for a pedicure service from this place less than 90 minutes ago because my feet look just as bad as when I walked in, if not worse with the sloppy polish. I am so irritated by this service. I don't think I have ever had this bad of a pedicure. I wish I could add pictures to this post so that other potential clients could make and informed decision. Maybe it's just the technician that was put with - but I will not be recommending this place to anyone.

This was my first time at BB nails but it won’t be my last! The customer service was great! My nail tech Ms. Kim was very professional and had great attention to detail! My friends nail tech Tony(I believe the owner) he was very friendly and made great conversation. My mani and pedi came out perfect! Check out my picture to see their prices.

Took my wife here to get a fill with Brittany. She's so good at what she does. We picked out a cutesy little spring nail design and asked if she was able to do that and without hesitation she said "absolutely!" Brittany worked fast and paid close attention to detail. My wife doesn't even get her nails done but decided she actually likes it now and is obsessed with her set that Brittany did. Don't sleep on her yall!
