Q spa plymouth

Would give 0 stars if I could. WORST dip manicure I’ve ever had. Was at the salon for 2 hours. Made it very clear I wanted short nails and had to ask three times to make them shorter. They were so incredibly thick. I didn’t have time to sit there for any longer so I called on my way home to ask if they could fix it the next morning or issue a refund. The lady on the phone was incredibly unprofessional and unwilling to accommodate. She told me she had people at the front waiting to pay and couldn’t be on the phone. I told her to take care of them and I would wait on the phone. She hung up on me.

I visit Q Spa once or twice a year when I visit Plymouth, and I always it. The space is nicely decorated and scrupulously clean. The staff are kind and welcoming and do excellent work. (I like neon colors which require a lot of attention to detail.) I always get the Q Spa Pedicure, which is a luxurious and relaxing experience including hand and chair massage as well as for your legs. (FYI: this and a few of their other services are only available with Dazzle Dry or gel polish because of dry times.) They do accept credit cards, but offer a discount for cash payments.

I've been going here for three years now (once every month or so) and I will never go anywhere else. Fairly priced, very professional. I travel about 40 minutes out of my way just to come here. They always have great promotions and it may take you some time to find the manicurist/pedicurist that works for you, but that goes for any other salon as well. I recommend it to all my friends. Please note I've only had pedicures here but I've loved every single one. Side note: Rita is the BEST if you want gentleness. She still gets the job done without ripping your toenails apart.

Update: This place is still awesome! My to to for nails and relaxing!!! I love this place. Lilly is so awesome and this is the second time I've brought my daughter with me. They are so kind and accommodating with her, even when she wanted a million colors and patterns.

Yan is very detailed and takes her time to make sure my nails were perfect. Very efficient and everyone is super nice! Highly recommend
