Idk what all the hate in the comments below are for. Cindy, Ken and the girls here work very hard and do a beautiful job. I usually go to Cindy she knows how I like my nails. She’s also very quick and sweet! I’ve been coming here for many years, and always will!

I love this nail salon. I always leave with perfect nails and toenails and they are exactly what I want. I did the gold pedicure yesterday and Didi was fantastic. And reasonably priced!

I went here and got gel X on my nails with tips The next day, one of the nails, completely peeled off the artificial nail and the gel x . I went the next day to get it removed and this is how they removed it. They do not know proper nail care. I would advise if you care about your health of your nails I wouldn’t go here. I don’t think you should be applying anything to anyone’s nails if you’re not sure how to remove the things that you are applying to people’s nails. There’s no reason you’re charging for gel polish and it’s peeling off. There’s no reason why you’re charging extra for gel X and no one knows how to use it. I will be getting my money back saying that as I was there complaining about it not one of you guys initiated a refund for the $60 nails that I got yesterday and they’re not on my nail bed anymore if I had more time, I would’ve rectified the issue, but I’m just going to dispute it with my bank

Hello, this is a review about Cindy, specifically. I will write another one about the salon overall. I was happy to discover this salon and happy to work with Cindy for a while. She's got a difficult personality and sometimes blames others for her mistakes. ("You should have told me to use [some type of material she's responsible for choosing...") Being with her was NEVER relaxing, like a nail spa should be. She doesn't make friendly small talk, or try to get to know you, and is usually speaking loudly to her coworkers instead of focusing on the customer. But I stuck with her because she did a good job, she she worked hard, and is stressed out. I felt for her. But the last time I went, I had an AWFUL experience. She was doing an acrylic fill. She messed up the polish close to the cuticle on one of my nails. It had a sharp crusty, noticeable "ridge" that looked really bad. She knew I was going out of the country for three weeks and my nails needed to look good. I asked her to redo it, and she got really angry, like it was fine as it was. She redid it a few times but it didn't get better . I asked if she could get help from someone else and she started yelling loudly to people in the salon in Chinese. The guy who sits next to her came, looked at my nails and suggested couldn't anything. I told him to forget it and he rudely said, I WILL. Finally Cindy returned, and I asked her to refile the nail and put on new acrylic to fix it. When she did this it finally looked better. But, in the meantime, she was literally YELLING at me-- a customer! I had to say, "Please stop yelling at me. That's not acceptable." After that, she sat and fixed the nail in stony silence. It was bad. I wish she would call me to apologize. Then I could go back to see Helen for pedicures-- she's marvelous. I'd consider going back to Cindy again if she'd apologize. I feel the owners are missing the opportunity to make this a wonderful nail salon / spa by not training their employees, like Cindy, in how to treat customers right. I like the place, but I can't be yelled out and abused just because I point out a problem with my nails. It should be a stress-free experience.

AMAZING WORK!! The salon is very clean, modern, and comforting. Technicians keep clean stations and sanitize tools between clients.All technicians pay great attention to detail. Nail prep is perfect.
