I booked a blowout for a 4:15 appointment and was not taken until 4:40. The service provided did not meet the standard of a blowout. While a round brush and a small amount of serum were used, no volumizing or setting products were applied, there was no lift, shape, or finished hold, and the result looked like a basic dry rather than a styled blowout. I paid $40 plus 6 tip and some cash for a blowout service that was not delivered. Combined with the delayed start time, this does not justify the cost. I am requesting a full refund.

Bradly did a great job. Considering the amount of hair I have I always leave feeling great. I will say that I have been having him cut my hair for a while and can’t ask for any better.

Every time I go here is a joy. I always get a great haircut. Sometimes I bleach my hair, and that's all wonderful, but hanging out with Dave is a treat regardless. Funny, charismatic, and personable, I've never had a hair stylist like Dave before, and if I can, I'll never have another. This week, there was a new face (for me) who was also welcoming and fun. I didn't catch her name, but I hope she's around next time I get a cut too. Thank you all for making getting my haircut a good experience.

Place was very clean and welcoming. Labriana was excellent with my haircut and will be doing the rest of my family as well. She is super happy and great to talk with. I look forward to getting my haircut with Labriana in the future.
