I’ve been going to 5280 for a few months now, and I’ve always had a great experience. Ivonne does a WONDERFUL job. She has a great eye for detail and quality and provides a great experience. Ivonne recommended I try “Cat Eye” for my gel mani, and my nails turned out gorgeous! They shimmer and color shift in the light. I’ve gotten so many compliments. Have always had great experiences with Han as well. Would recommend to anyone looking for a mani!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this salon. I came in on Saturday for a manicure and pedicure — a gift from my spouse to celebrate a new job — and was hoping for a relaxing experience. Unfortunately, it was anything but relaxing. When I first sat down, I immediately felt unwelcome; despite the salon being nearly empty, my pedicure technician looked irritated by my presence. Before my pedicure even began, another employee started doing my manicure at the same time, which made it difficult to relax. Because she worked only from one side, she kept tugging my arms across my body in ways that aggravated my spinal injury and arthritis, even after I mentioned the discomfort. I had also requested the mid-level pedicure, but I was still charged for the highest tier without my consent. The service itself fell short as well: the “massage” portion was little more than lightly applying lotion, and I left feeling tense and sore rather than refreshed. On top of that, while my toenails looked nice, my manicure was poorly executed and began chipping and lifting within a day and a half. At one point, I tried to turn on the massage chair, but the technician’s irritation with the vibrations was obvious. To make the process easier — and because my neck was already hurting from being twisted — I ended up turning it off myself. That small moment really summed up the entire visit: instead of being able to enjoy some rare time for myself, I felt rushed, uncomfortable, and even in pain. What should have been a celebratory and relaxing experience left me upset and physically sore. I left in tears, and I would not recommend this salon based on the service I received. Oh btw, I spent $178 on this service, without acrylics…. This was just paint on my nails

I have been going to see Amber for about a year now. She is amazing! Immaculate pedicures and well designed nails, she always does top notch quality work, and always has suggestions to help you decide if you’re going between colors or designs. She is also very efficient with her time and fun to talk to! I started bringing my daughter as well and we refuse to go anywhere else! Wonderful salon and staff!

Amy is such a great lady to do your nails . I went to her for my engagement nails and she did such a good job of listening to what I wanted, exact oval shape and short length even though it’s not the usual preference for customers. Amy is a genuine person to enjoy conversation or silence with, very chill but friendly which is nice to experience. I got dip& tips. I came back to her recently to get red “glass nails” and also love the results ! Amy also loves doing nail art/designs but I haven’t given her the chance to do that yet. (@amy5280nails on insta)

i went to this salon a couple weeks ago with an appointment to get my acrylic nails removed and get a regular pedicure and manicure. the manicure and pedicure were both rushed and could have used another coat as the polish was still transparent. my finger nails kept breaking off i removed the polish at home to see that the acrylic was not removed all the way. my nails were all breaking off against where the acrylic was left un removed. my nails were healthy before this and i am very disappointed that they did not complete a service i paid for and instead covered it with polish so i wouldn’t see until i removed it myself.
