I absolutely love going to Shape Nails, and Ken is the reason why! His work is consistently amazing—he pays attention to every detail and always makes sure my nails look perfect. On top of being incredibly skilled, Ken is also one of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. He’s always warm, friendly, and genuinely cares about his clients. What really sets him apart is how thoughtful he is. He often surprises me with little free extras, and it’s clear he truly values his work and the people he serves. Every appointment feels comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable. If you're looking for beautiful nails and exceptional service, I can’t recommend Ken enough. He’s the best! 💅✨❤️Melissa

Lovely experience! Booking my appointment was easy, they had a beautiful array of polish, the salon was clean and beautiful, and everyone was so nice! Paul did a great job and the new owner Ken did these gorgeous sunflower designs. Leah was super sweet as well! They even have champagne/wine to help you unwind. I can’t wait to come back!

Soooo disappointed. Thought I would try somewhere new, but I shouldn’t have. These are my nails with tips? She sanded them completely down and then charged me for them. Extremely poorly done, no straight lines, uneven nails, tons of residue under my nails. I want them off they look so bad. She was also texting while doing my nails. Pedicure was fine with the nice gentlemen. Also want to add I requested almond shape and she said they were too short!! I always get tips with almond shape. So ended up with basically my original nail in round. Complete waste of $100

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at was 110% unacceptable. From the moment I walked in, the staff was unwelcoming and acted like I was an inconvenience. I was rushed through the service, and the technician was not only new but clearly didn't care about quality or customer satisfaction. He did not speak any english (which is fine) but proceeded to do everything i did not want! The pedicures include legit dipping your feet in water and filing them..... kinda odd never been to a place like that. Pedicure was basic water nothing addeo and filing. And anything else The final result was sloppy - uneven nails, messy polish, and zero attention to detail. I politely mentioned my concerns, but I was met with attitude and disrespect. Instead of offering to fix the problem, they got defensive and dismissive. For 38$ plus 15$ for gel, I expected at least basic courtesy and professionalism - not rushed, careless work and rude behavior. I would never return and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who values their time, money, or self-respect. Work is SO sloppy had to call the cops on the company to have come make the issue didnt get worse than it was Left me with dusty crusty nails. No lotion, no oil nothing! And expected me to pay full price absolutely not. Wish i Could give zero starts would never be back ** UPDATE *** after I made this review THE NEXT day they apparently changed their name to Shape nails, as well as being under new management in 1 day? and fired not only the two terrible techs, but also the manager and the OWNER they put me on the phone with who said he would call the cops on me even if I paid for the color change (the service I got) if ever came back ( even after paying) that they would call cops on me , as well as telling the officer the same thing…. are offering to service me again Seems pretty sketchy and not true!! Not to mention I am 6 months pregnant and this was extremely stressful and overwhelming for what was supposed to be a relaxing self care day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kan did my nails today (sorry if name is misspelled!). He was very welcoming, professional, and easy to talk to. He was very precise and gentle with my hands and nails, and they turned out amazing! Everyone else who worked there was also very pleasant. Overall, it was a great experience and I would absolutely recommend getting your nails done here.
