Boy is this place worth the drive. The waiting area is so warm and inviting. And I absolutely love Victoria! She gave me the best haircut! I am in the process of growing our my hair and it is in that ghastly in between stage. She shaped it in such a way that it now looks cute as it grows out. And showed me how to style it for each phase. Besides, she is a complete sweetheart. I really enjoyed chatting with her. You can't help but like this girl.

Had the most amazing experience at TallGrass Spa! I arrived early to enjoy the steam room and their cozy lounge area, which instantly set the tone for a relaxing day. My massage with Tori was absolutely incredible — she was professional, attentive, and so skilled. Afterward, I spent some quiet time in the meditation room, which was the perfect way to end the visit. The entire experience felt peaceful, rejuvenating, and beautifully done from start to finish. Can’t wait to come back!

I had my first visit at TallGrass this weekend, and it was great! I had lunch and I got a manicure and a massage. The view from the parking lot is amazing, a beautiful grassy field and mountains. You really feel like you have gotten away from it all. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted and given a robe and slippers. I love the facility, they have a lot of changing rooms, lockers, and bathrooms, and a really nice relaxation room and also a meditation room. I loved the real fireplace in the relaxation room. It was so nice to sit in front of there and put my feet up. There’s also a shower if you need it, with shower caps, soap, shampoo, lotion, etc. There’s a little outdoor area, but it was a little too chilly to go out there on my day. I had the charcuterie board for lunch, it was good, but I might get something else next time. Della did my manicure, and I would definitely go see her again. She was so nice to talk to, and she did a great job with my nails. She was really nice about making sure I liked the color, and she assured me I could change my mind on color after seeing it on a nail if I wanted to. Emma did my massage. 100/10 stars. She made sure to ask me about what pressure I wanted before we started, and a really nice touch was that she let me smell every single lotion and oil before we started so I could pick my favorites that she would use during the massage. She incorporated a singing bowl and burning sage during the session, which I surprisingly really liked. All the things she said during the massage to help me relax were so well worded. She made sure to confirm the pressure was okay throughout the massage. She is a real professional, and I don’t know if I’ve ever had a massage that great….. and that is coming from someone who has had a lot of massages. I will definitely be back, and I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get away for a relaxing couple hours.

I visited a few weeks ago for a massage. When I arrived, I was asked to remove my shoes and put on a pair of slippers that they provided. All clients’ shoes are kept together in a muddy dirty area under the bench at the front desk. I was told to look around in the shop area while I waited to be called back for my massage. Once I was called back, I was invited to change into a robe. I was directed to a bathroom that had lockers and a supply of robes, but based on the placement of the robes right next to the toilet, I was unsure as to their cleanliness. While I was donning my robe, there was no sense of privacy, as employees and someone working on the plumbing or electrical were immediately outdoors, having loud conversations. I was told to wait in the “quiet area” for my massage therapist to come and get me. I went to the quiet area, and it was anything but quiet. The fireplace fan was roaring, there was food all over the floor, and there were magazines on the floor as well. The meditation room was about 90° making it impossible to sit in there without sweating buckets, and there were dishes left over on the table from prior clients who had likely just eaten lunch. How can this be a quiet area if you allow groups to have lunch here? Additionally the loud conversations in the locker/bathroom area continued while I was trying to relax, so this was not a good start to my experience. My massage was fine, but it is not worth what I was charged (which was $10 more than what was displayed when I made the appointment). I agree with other customers that staff is fairly pushy about getting you to buy products after your service. Furthermore, it is massively inappropriate that the front desk asks you verbally if you want to add a gratuity. This should be a line on a credit card slip, or a button you can tap on a screen. I left feeling unrelaxed, unimpressed, and like I just threw $300 down the drain. I will not be returning and I cannot recommend this location for people looking for a true spa experience.

(My partner and I were seen yesterday at 4pm for a Tango couple’s massage) Let’s start with the fact that we compared pricing to other spas and there were places in strip malls that charge the same amount. Not knocking those salons, but the scenery and atmosphere just doesn’t compare. This place is nestled into the mountainside in Evergreen and has a garden relaxation area where you can watch the hummingbirds. Breathtaking, honestly. Now let’s talk about the service. The front desk staff was friendly, and our masseuses were wonderful. We were each able to pick aromatherapy as well as a back scrub for use during our service. Our masseuses asked and listened carefully to what we wanted them to focus on during the service and executed it perfectly. We were then led to a private steam room/shower where we could just gel after our massages. Once we were finished showering we spent some time in the garden, looking out across the mountains and watching the birds. This wasn’t my first time here but it was my partner’s and they were blown away by the level of service and attention to detail. I will be a loyal guest if this spa for as long as they’re in business, they have simply never disappointed.
