Diamond Nail

I hate to leave such a negative review because the staff seemed nice and tried to fix their mistakes but I would never recommend coming here for dip. I’ve never asked any service provider to fix their mistakes until my visit here. TLDR: my first set was sloppy and messy, I got cut four times by three different nail techs, and was so frustrated I asked them to remove my nails and let me leave without a refund because I didn’t trust them to fix it. Long version: I asked for pink & white dip and the first red flag was them using gel polish instead of dip for the tips. I bled twice during this first initial appointment, and the nails were uneven in length and the tips were all different sized and looked very messy, especially for a $60 service. I called after I left and they invited me back to the salon to fix their mistakes. The staff member who initially tried to fix it insisted on using gel despite me saying I wanted dip because that was the service I paid for, and also cut me for the third time. It was at this point I asked them to remove whatever was left and let me leave because they didn’t seem able to fix it how I wanted and I was very frustrated. The manager Van then stepped in and really tried to fix it, but he still cut me for a fourth time and was only able to do a solid color dip despite me wanting pink & white. I understand cuts happen at nail salons, I’ve been getting dip nails for years, but this is the first time I’ve had four in a row by three different techs. Overall, the salon just seemed to take shortcuts with the service, like putting my hands directly in a bowl of rubbing alcohol (despite knowing I had fresh cuts) instead of using cotton balls and foil, using gel polish when I asked for dip, and not even taking the time to check my nails against each other to make sure they were the same length/shape.

My wife and I both just enjoyed a very relaxing mani and pedi at Diamond Nails. Anna and Mary did a great job. They were able to get us in right away and the shop was calm with relaxing music. Really enjoyed ourselves and will be back.

Having my acrylic and gel nails done by Anna was wonderful. She is gentle and very detail oriented. She helped me choose from my usual neutral colors for a bright summer color. My nails and skin feel great!

Anna was my nail tech and she is absolutely amazing!! The work is so detailed and beautiful, she did exactly what I wanted and I couldn't be happier!!!

Anna, in particular, was exceptional during my last visit. She was thorough, gentle, and attentive, ensuring I was completely comfortable and relaxed throughout the service. I really appreciated her thoughtful approach, as she made the appointment feel less like a routine errand and more like a moment of self-care. Van, the manager, is equally wonderful. He embodies hospitality and truly sets the tone for the entire salon. His commitment to high-quality service and genuine care for each client makes a huge difference. It’s clear that Diamond Nail truly focuses on quality care, and creating an environment where clients feel valued, pampered, and appreciated. If you’re looking for a nail salon that combines skill, professionalism, kindness, and care, Diamond Nail is hands down the best in Evergreen, and I always leave looking forward to my next visit.
