Paradise Nails And Lashes

I got gel removed here a couple weeks ago and then a manicure and was shocked at how bad my nails looked after and now as they’ve grown out you can see the line from them filing down my nails too much from the gel removal. This is a line in my actual nail and not the result of polish left over. The customer service was not the best either, I made an appointment at 2 and wasn’t helped until almost 2:30 and the man proceeded to talk on the phone the entire time. Will not be back.

Yen did a great job on my wedding nails 🤍 she did some cool 3D flowers as well. a bit expensive, prices weren’t well explained during the process so it ended up being 250$ for two of us with a tip, but I haven’t had nails in a long time so maybe that’s typical with design. but honestly worth it for a splurge on the one day you want your nails to be perfect! The other technician made sure my Maid of Honor and I’s heart shapes on our nails lined up 🥰 I recommend Yen for your mail service!

I am so impressed with my nails! We were greeted with a warm smile and welcomed, and Anthony did an outstanding job! By far, the best nails I've ever had done. He was very detailed and took his time to do a perfect job. They also did a fantastic job on my daughter's nails. We will definitely return.

I had the worst experience at Paradise Nails. My gel manicure chipped after only a few days. When I went back to get it fixed, instead of putting more color on, they just added a layer of clear topcoat. When I protested and asked for color, they insisted all I needed, was the clear topcoat. Not only did that not prevent the chipping, the topcoat resulted in small bubbles and an uneven layer on my nails. Additionally, whenever I’m getting a gel manicure and regular pedicure I prefer to start with the pedi so that my toe nails can have a chance to dry while I’m getting my finger nails done. The nail technician was apparently only doing hands and so started my manicure first. When I said that I prefer to start with my toes, the other technician told me that I could just wear the soft plastic sandals they provided to drive home — it was probably around 35 degrees outside. Finally, it appeared that nearly all of the technicians were sick. No one was wearing a mask and several were eating around clients. I emphasize with people if they are not feeling well, but I would appreciate least basic sanitation precautions. I will never return, and I do not recommend anyone else attempt it if you like quality service.

I’ve been going to this location for years and even though it’s gone through various ownership/management changes, it still my favorite nail salon. Nikki, Yen and Halsey are all wonderful and talented specialists, who bend over backwards to meet my seven year old daughter’s imaginative design ideas! They are always friendly, kind and welcoming. They work quickly while delivering a relaxing spa experience. It’s always lovely. And they provide all kinds of services from lashes, waxing, and nail design. I highly recommend any of the ladies at Paradise Nails & Spa.
