Copperfalls Aveda Spa and Salon

I booked a new client visit with Desiree. This was my first appointment at Copperfalls Aveda. I've been growing out my gray hair and it was time to cut off some of the overall length to blend the gray better. Desiree consulted with me, shampooed my hair, cut and styled it all for $40 (tip not included). I was extremely pleased with her knowledge, recommendations to help me, and her skills cutting my hair (which is so much better now). Desiree is definitely the hair stylist for me and I'll schedule with her regularly going forward so I have access to her skills. I highly recommend her.

WONDERFUL experience with Christina! I haven’t gone to a professional hairdresser in years because I’ve never been happy with the result, price, and experience. Christina took the time to ask questions and I ended up with exactly what I asked for (which is rare). Price was fair and she was so great to talk to. Highly recommend booking with her :) I will definitely be back!

Due to an accident late last year, I had not had a massage from Corey in over 12 months. I’m grateful to have her as my therapist. She knew just the right amount of pressure and exactly where to focus as she helped my muscles relax. I plan to continue with regularly scheduled massages up to twice a month with her. And a 90-minute massage is the absolute best. Thank you Corey!💖

I called Copperfalls with the hopes of getting my bangs fixed which were botched at a different salon. Shiloh was able to help me out on short notice. She listened to what I wanted and did a great job! Very satisfied with the result!

I bought a gift card online as a Christmas present for my mom and never received a confirmation email. When I called to figure out what happened, I spoke with Kylie at the front desk. She gave me a number my mom could use, but I really wanted something tangible to give her. My plan was to print the confirmation, not hand her a few numbers on a piece of paper. She was very passive-aggressive and kept repeating that there was nothing she could do because I had previously opted out of emails. At one point she said, “It’s not our fault you opted out of emails,” which was unnecessary. As someone who works in customer service, the tone and lack of effort were disappointing. It wasn’t until I asked for the manager’s name and pointed out her attitude that she suddenly offered a real fix: sending the confirmation to a different email. I agreed, and it worked immediately. I did end up getting my confirmation, but it’s frustrating knowing that this simple option was never offered upfront and told there was absolutely nothing they could do. When you’re spending a good amount of money on a special gift, you just expect the customer service to be a bit better.
