I absolutely love this salon. I walked in on a whim at the beginning of the year, and have been going consistently to Angel ever since. She does a beautiful job on my nails every time, and is very kind and easy to talk to. The gentleman who works there is also incredibly kind. I would recommend this salon!

My nail artist was out of town and I was in desperate need of a build-a-gel fill. Angel was recommended to me by a colleague of mine and she did not disappoint. From her quick response for the booking to her amazing listening skills while I was in her chair, I Ieft the salon beyond happy and satisfied. See the beautiful result in the pictures.

I had such a great experience here! Ivy did my nails and matched my inspo pictures perfectly. I really appreciated that she didn’t build the acrylic too thick, which can sometimes happen elsewhere, and she checked in with me at every step to make sure I was fully happy with the shape, design, and finish. The polka dot detail came out exactly how I envisioned it! The only thing I’d like to see improved is more price transparency—I often feel like the total ends up being higher than the base price listed. That said, the quality of the work and the care Ivy put into my nails makes me want to come back. Highly recommend if you want detailed, beautiful nails done right!

First time here, took my daughter turning 11 this week to get her birthday inspo nails while I got to relax and get my toes done. So glad we came here! They were super kind and very clean. Made us feel no rush whatsoever even though it was 2 hours to close on a Sunday. They went above and beyond to make my daughter feel extra special and the nails were on point!! I'll preface this by saying I go here regularly for basic gel pedicures. Usually I get an "okay" job but it's never been outstanding. I go because it's close to home and I feel like you can't really mess up a pedicure that much, and they charge a little less than other salons. That said, I also regularly go to another place in Lafayette that does an amazing job on my nails. They're just hard to get into without an appointment and a little more pricey. Today, I went to 1st Nail Bar to get a pedicure like normal. I was getting my toes done when I was asked if I wanted to do my nails too. At first, I declined but then I thought about it and said sure, I'd give it a try. I asked for a gel hybrid with ombre pink and white (before I finished my pedicure). He said okay they could do that. Once I was done I was asked to go to the next station for my nails. I did, and he got another man and that guy asked me what I wanted and I told him too. He also nodded and said okay. He then began to take off my old gel hybrid polish. About half way into it he told me he didn't have any more of the gel hybrid in white but that he was going to use regular gel for that part and it would look even better. I asked him if it would be the same quality and he said it would be better. He proceeded to work on my nails. He began to add the gel hybrid onto my ring finger first. Once that was done, he had me put my hand in the LED bed. This continued. Sometimes one nail at a time, sometimes 2 or 3 at a time. When it came time to do the white, he took regular gel polish and diluted it down with acetone and then airbrushed it on my nails, all over my fingers. He then went back and tried to clean up the over spray with acetone. While he's doing this, about 3 other employees came up to him and started watching him and talking to them. They watched him and then watched me. It was weird. See the pictures. I still have sprayed white on my skin and my nails are lumpy. My cuticles don't even look like they were touched. Not happy and won't be going back. Even for a pedicure.
