Deka Lash

I’ve tried to give this salon a chance and was even a member of theirs, but these lashes truly never stay on. I’ve been using lashes for years and have not had issues with maintenance. I paid over $300 for a full set and this is how many I lose in one one day after a week of application.

I have never had lashes fall off faster in my LIFE. Awhile back, I started coming here and got the package where you pay a certain amount in a month and get a set and a couple fills. The lashes would be almost completely gone every time within 24-48 hours. When I discussed this with the girl doing them, she blamed me saying I was being too rough on them or sleeping rough//putting on clothes rough. She “tried a stronger glue” which also didn’t work, and I eventually just started going elsewhere. My lashes now last 3-6 weeks and honestly look a lot better. If the lashes fall off immediately it’s not the clients fault, and it’s unprofessional to place the blame on them.

100/10 WOULD recommend! The BEST lash experience I’ve ever had, the studio was very clean and calm and they even had products to buy after your appointment to help maintain your investment. After coming here for about a year, with ok results (it was convenient & services were adequate, not amazing), for lash tint & lift, the last service seem to have frazzled & fried my lashes. So I left it longer between visits & decided to inform the technician & have her do it more gently, as it looked pretty awful. However when I called to RESCHEDULE & re-book my appointment, due to an unavoidable emergency I had that day, I was told I'd be charged half the service fee for the appointment I couldn't make it to, as well as full price for the coming appointment I wanted rebooked in a few days. That's resulted in them getting zero fees from me in the future. There are plenty of lash places. I get it, if I wasn't a punctual visitor every 6 weeks and/or didn't want to reschedule, but that wasn't the case, I've never missed an appointment & never been late or a problem.. so, I made the choice to go elsewhere now. Service places need to do better with flexible policies for regular, reliable customers. I'll go to a privately owned salon in future.

This was my first time I had ever had my lashes done. The salon was nice and the staff, very welcoming! Lauren was so gentle and kind! I absolutely will go back!
