I got my nails done by An about a month ago and I was so happy with them that I came back today. My previous set lasted perfectly, and I’m absolutely in love with the new set she did today! An pays great attention to detail, understands exactly what I want, and her work is always super clean. Highly recommend. Thank you An 🩷

Took my family for my daughter’s 11th birthday. I could not have been happier with our entire experience. Customer service was fantastic from scheduling through checkout. They treated my daughter to a song, cupcake and cannon confetti! She felt so special! The mani and pedi’s were great—and they had an extensive menu to choose the right service for each member of our family. Not to mention, they offer complimentary drinks and neck warming pillows, which just added to the overall experience. I don’t think my girls will let me go anywhere else from now on!

UPDATE: I called to ask if I could get my nails redone, and the staff had me in within 15 minutes! I got an acrylics set for free (lesson learned, sometimes the dip powder is just lumpy!) and everyone was so sweet, and very apologetic. My tech this time around, John, was fantastic. He was super gentle, super precise, very detailed and very kind. Thing is, service doesn’t always have to be perfect, but when a place will acknowledge something isn’t quite right and work to fix it, that’s worth more than perfection to me. Cảm ơn bạn rất nhiều to all the staff at Milano, and I will see you again soon! ❤️ — It was my first time here, and I paid 100 dollars for an ombre dip mani with tips which was beautiful for the color— but it turned out super lumpy. Plus the tech (who was so so sweet!) used an airbrush to get the ombre, which was cool but the fumes were horrible, and my nails ended up uneven, with a lot of speckles. It also got all over my hands (she did warn me it would be messy— but I’ve had this done without the airbrush!) The staff were super kind, though the friend that I was with got pressured into getting a different color and shape for reasons we could not understand. I also had to pay an extra $10-15 for cuticle removal and nail shaping, which has always been part of the service at other salons. So overall, I’m disappointed. I was excited to have a new go-to salon. I’ll try again one more time, to see if it just depends on the nail tech, and then I’ll have to keep looking. [edited to include photos]

Wonderful service. The place was decorated nicely and had a calming atmosphere. I was offered a drink as soon as I walked in and everyone was very hospitable. I attached a photo of the nails Claudia did. They turned out exactly like the reference I showed her! She had an extreme attention to detail and was constantly asking for my opinion on the nails during the process and if I wanted to change anything. All in all a great experience and would recommend!!

I’ve been to Milano a few times and always have a great experience! Cyrus is hands down the best nail tech I’ve ever had—she’s so meticulous, and I love the builder gel she’s done to help me grow my natural nails. She has also made me not dread getting my nails done, so I will keep coming to her. Also, Lily did my toes this time and did an amazing job as well. I truly haven’t had a bad experience here and highly recommend!
