Friendly service. My massage was wonderful. Prices same as everywhere else in Akron. Clean. My massage chair worked. Really appreciate they stayed open late for us and did a quality job, not rushed. Gel Hot Stone Pedicure and basic manicure for me. Gel Pedicure and Nail Art Manicure for my daughter. Gel Mani / Volcano Standard Polish Pedi for my aunt. All nails look great - sorry I don't have photo of nail art. Thank you for good service/work.

I decided to get a pedicure here.. the young lady was fantastic! But my set of dip nails I'm very disappointed in. They are uneven in length, and already chipping and cracking.. I got these on Saturday the 25th and today the 27th..I have had to use a file to smooth the edges that chipped off. I've had my nails done 3 times here and this is the inktly set that has been bad.. bot sure if it was the young lady who didn't know what she was doing or what. But very disappointed.

My bridal party and my aunt got our nails done for my wedding. The same day two of my nails were cracked and looked like crap. As a bride I had several things to do prior to the wedding. I called and explained my issues with my nails and they told me to be their by 7:30pm to get my nails fixed. I arrived at 7:17pm and they told me they were closed. The gentleman examined my nails and said they were already lifting but, couldn't do anything because they were closed. I was crying explaining what they lady told me on my phone call and he had no sympathy. He asked if I could come in tomorrow and I told him I had hair and makeup at 10:00am. He had no comment. I wasted $150 on nails that were redone the next day at my hair and makeup appointment. My maid of honor who received gel nails had chips on 5 of her nails. Also tried to get a refund and couldn't. She ended up taking the rest of her gel off at the salon in front of him. My Aunt lost 4 of her nails by Monday when nails were done on Thursday. Please try another nail salon because obviously they are doing something to their nail products. Our nails looked like duck bills. In the response to the "Owner": The gentleman that examined my nails was a nail tech. He was doing nails while I was there. Please tell me how I could get my nails fixed within 7 days when I got married that Friday July 19th and you were not open that early. I also left for my honeymoon on July 20th for 7 days. This would be more convenient for you to refund my money. Why would I trust your company to do my nails again when you did not do a good job on my nails, my maid of honors nails or my aunts nails. I will take the refund.

Nai has been doing my nails for the longest time. He’s the new owner of this nail salon, he always did a great job on any nail arts that i like. he’s very nice so i keep on following him wherever nail salon he works to. he’s very considerate as well, when it comes charging price of any nail design that i like. very affordable and worth it. my nails last at least 3 weeks without chipping..

I haven't had my nails done in years, so I had no idea where to go that would do a good job. A friend told me about Lux nails, so I had my nails done here. It's 3 weeks before my wedding, and I wanted to make sure that wherever I went, I was happy with the end result. I'll definitely be going back the day before my wedding.
