Katie is great! I had a couple broken nails (I'm an office worker who is hard on them and stressed constantly). She was so nice and they look amazing. The location is clean and bright. They also offer drinks so don't be afraid to ask for some water or wine 😉

The people were very nice but the experience wasn't. This was my first time at this salon. I think my experience was specific to the nail technician. She had to be directed for everything including making a french nail even. That seem rather basic to me but I had to ask for one side to be even with the other and for her to clean it up. This happened on almost every nail. My nails came out very uneven and the job wasn't clean at all. I have gel polish outside of my nail in random places. I was also told a certain price (she even wrote it down and showed me) and then when she was almost done, she said she made a mistake and it would be $10 more. I was there for 2 hours and just felt like a different technician would have been quicker and done a cleaner job. Everyone was very nice and other techs seemed to be better, but I'm not sure I would take the gamble to go back

Today I went to Nails By Ann a salon that I’ve been going to for quite some time and was set up with May. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and her Delivery was spot on. Not many times can you show up with a picture and it turns out exactly the way you like it. I am very particular about my nails and every time there’s at least one thing that bothers me, but I cannot say one bad thing about Her work today. Bryan was in charge of my pedicure and he did an amazing job working on my calluses and now I have feet like Cinderella.

I just received a gel manicure from a manicurist. I did not catch her name. She did my nails in 15 minutes. The only thing she asked me was if the color was okay. As a mom, I don’t have time to treat myself to manicures or pedicures as often as I’d like, especially due to the high price point. I’m very dissatisfied with the service as a manicure should be at least 45min to 1 hour and feel like a luxurious experience. When I spoke to the young boy during the check out about my experience, I explained that I was not satisfied due to the length and speed of my service and he didn’t say a word back to me. After 6 years of going to this salon, they have certainly lost my business. There are plenty of other salons that I will happily support in the Clairemont area.

I love everyone at this salon!!!!!!!! Such good work and service! So professional! And super loving not just nails but family
