Hands down the best place in San Diego not only are they super fast and they do a great job . They also value their customers. I just had a baby in today. I showed up at 6:30 even though they close at seven they still took me still took their time. My nails look beautiful and I got a Diet Coke. It’s a win-win for me. I love this place.

🤰💅👎 9/29/2025 -- Came in for the first time, left with regrets. I had a basic manicure (Jenny) and basic pedicure (Winnie), and I'd say don't bother with this place if you're looking to treat yourself to a little pampering. I let Jenny know that I really just wanted a file and some cuticle care, and I felt like she rushed through the service. When she was done my cuticles and nail edges were messy and I had to have her come back to snip off a hang nail. The pedicure was similarly mid. The water started off luke warm and was cold after not even 5 minutes. I asked Winnie to add more hot water, which she did but it went cold again soon after. The massage was not a massage, more like absentmindedly spreading lotion on legs. Since I had regular polish she asked me to wait for it to dry, which I expected. However after 30 minutes no one had spoken to me, but Jenny was working on another customer so I asked her if I was good to go and let myself out of the chair. After going to nail salons for more than 10 years this is the first time I raised the arm of the chair to leave and took the "toe separators" (paper towel) out myself. Can we normalize good customer service/experience even for simple services? I am also 7 months pregnant, so figuring it out, getting out of the chair & back into my shoes on my own was an embarrassing struggle. Also side comment, there were SO MANY FLIES. At one point a large cicada also flew out from wherever it was and flew around the salon.

I started going to sk nail spa 4 years ago and never looked back. Everyone is so friendly and hospitable. I always go to Sophia with a design and she’s always able to deliver! Any nail tech I’ve gotten a pedicure from has done such a great job. I’m so grateful I found this place and I would definitely recommend stopping by!

I've been coming here regularly for a while now, and every visit is consistently excellent. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. I always leave feeling happier than when I arrived. Funny story: on my very first visit, another customer asked if it was my first time. When I said "yes" she smiled and said, "This is gonna become your spot". I remember thinking, "She sounds so confident!" Now I understand exactly what she meant. 😁

Summer is absolutely amazing. Superior quality and attention to detail. This is an upscale nail Spa that is well worth the drive and not too far from Scripps Ranch. If you are in need of a pampering session they're Jasmine pedicure gel manicures massages facials and eye waxing for your brows is superb.
