I just want to start off by saying this salon is FABULOUS. Came here visiting from New York and they truly are incredible. I had a later appointment and they were able to accommodate me in the morning when they were fully booked up. I had yet to find a salon that did Gel X Nail Extensions as I was doing it myself at home, and they have changed my nail life! I saw Linshy, she prepped my nails and applied the extensions, and Mimi did the rest from shaping to painting. They’re well experienced, such great company, and the services are extremely well priced! The whole experience was relaxing, very welcoming and overall fun to be there. I’m beyond impressed and this has now become my new nail spot. I highly recommend!!

I had one of the best pedicures I’ve ever experienced here. The team is incredibly diligent, takes their time, and gives a genuinely relaxing massage. Everyone is polite and attentive, and the whole place has a calm, spotless atmosphere. Honestly, they even outperform some of the high-end salons I went to in NYC. They also offer a great variety of nail polish colors. I always bring my own tools, and they used only mine and even cleaned them thoroughly afterward. Truly exceptional service. Highly recommended.

The place had such good reviews I was expecting it to be a nice place. They were a little rude when I walked in and during the manicure. The stars go mostly for the pedicure. It was well done and the coloring seems that it will last even though it was a regular pedicure. Also, the lady took the time to massage my legs (which is included in the price). For the manicure, it was a whole different story. First, I didn’t got the massage included on the price. Then, I requested a gel french manicure (which is already +$10) and the results were not good. She did one hand and I had do ask to re-do it because she painted the tip almost 1/4 inch thick. She was not happy about it. She remove it but left all the scratches visible on the thumb nail. Also, the cover of some nails was not well done and there’s some wholes in sole layers, leaving the nails more unprotected. I payed almost a $100 for some nails that won’t last more than a week, so better spend my money elsewhere.

I don’t recommend this salon. I was cut during a manicure, and the injury took over 11 days to heal. I informed the technician at the time, then contacted the salon promptly, shared photos, and tried multiple times to resolve the issue directly. Instead of apologizing or issuing a refund for the manicure, they avoided responsibility, repeatedly delayed responding, and attempted to guilt me by saying a refund would affect the technician’s pay, which felt inappropriate and unprofessional. Their only offer was a redo, but I’m not comfortable returning after being injured during the service. Accidents happen, but the lack of accountability and poor customer service were disappointing. I wouldn’t return or recommend this salon.

This was the best nail experience I’ve had in sf. Gotten a lot of thick gel elsewhere but this gel looks and feels so nice and lightweight. The ladies here took such good care of me, very detail oriented. Communicative and take their time. Everything was clean in there. I seriously haven’t had someone spend so much time perfecting my nails in sf and the quality speaks for itself. Emmy did the best best BEST job! I don’t think I’ll set foot in another salon (and I am crazy about my nails looking pristine). Twenty stars.
