I’ve been going to this salon for over a year and have had some great experiences with very skilled specialists. Unfortunately, in my recent visits I haven’t received the same level of quality—my nails were uneven, not well shaped, and the skin around them wasn’t cleaned properly. The photos are from a manicure done yesterday and it looks like it is a week old manicure. Considering the cost, I expected more consistency. I would appreciate an answer and truly hope the salon invests in training all of their staff. I enjoy coming here and hope I will be able to continue as a client if the quality improves. Few months after my review I want to give an update, they never called me or tried to fix their mistakes. I officially changed the studio with another one. My opinion they do not care for the customers just for their money.

Very clean salon. They got me in right away. Had an appointment at 12 noon and they got me in about five minutes after. My pedicure was great. Nice massage and cut them short like I asked him too. I’m very friendly staff. I highly recommend this place. Mark was really good as my technician for the pedicure

Cindy gave me the best pedicure I’ve had in years so detailed and gentle, and she was polite throughout. Johnny did an amazing job on my tap fill with a French design. It was my first time here and I’m leaving as a very happy customer. I came in on a Friday night an hour before closing and felt a little guilty, but the receptionist was kind and assured me it was totally fine. No rushed vibes at all. I’ll definitely be returning!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Victoria! She is truly an artist when it comes to nails. Every set she creates for me is unique, detailed, and beyond anything I could imagine. I usually just bring her a theme or a few inspiration photos, and she always takes it to the next level with her creativity and eye for design. On top of her incredible talent, Victoria is meticulous with her prep work—my nails always last and grow out beautifully without lifting or damage. The quality of her work is unmatched. The studio is spotless, relaxing, and welcoming, and she always makes the experience enjoyable. Victoria has such a great energy—professional, kind, and fun to spend time with during the appointment. If you’re looking for custom nail art that turns heads and lasts, Victoria is the nail tech you want. I always get compliments on my nails, and I recommend her to anyone who wants their nails to look like wearable art. She’s simply the best!

I have lived in San Diego for about 5 years now, searching in low for a new nail tech until I finally found Blush Hour and I haven't gone anywhere else since. Susan always does the most incredible work every time I come to see her and its become the highlight of my month. I couldn't recommend this place enough!
