Jasmine at the citrus salon gave me the best hair refresher that I’ve been desperately needing 😭. She is the absolute sweetest. The overall treatment and her scalp massaging skills made me feel like I was at the spa. I showed her my inspo pictures and she hit it on the mark, no complaints. I have been getting compliments at work non stop about my hair :), such a nice confidence boost!! So happy with my hair, I’m looking forward to my next touch up with Jasmine

I have now had my hair cut and colored twice by Catie at Citrus, and she is amazing! I have thinner, very fine hair, so it is not the easiest to work with or give dimension and texture— but Catie has given me the best hair of my life! She is incredibly talented and kind, and she really takes her time with clients to understand what you are looking for and how you typically treat/style your hair, ensuring that the cut and color you receive will work for your normal routine. She is careful and patient with her (many) coloring techniques, and appointments fly by with her because she is such a lovely human to spend time with. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Catie to anyone — her work will surely give you a confidence boost! 💁🏼‍♀️

I went and saw Jazzy for the first time this past week and it was an amazing experience! She was so fun and friendly, and spent several minutes discussing my hair to figure out the best techniques to get the results I wanted. She did a bleach wash on my hair and then used vivid colors to get the intense amethyst/red coloring. The salon in general has a really friendly and welcoming atmosphere and I would highly recommend going to Jazzy for professional hair color and a great cut too!! Thank you!!!

Updated review as of a few days ago: I have a lot of respect for this salon and the effort they have put into trying to make things right for me. They have moxie and integrity. A lot of salons would have given up a long time ago and told me to go somewhere else without caring how I felt. NOT Citrus Salon.... The salon reached back out to me after this review and I went back in and met with a stylist named Sydney. She asked me to go over what had happened and asked me exactly what I was looking for. She was very open, understanding and easy to talk to and I feel that she genuinely understood me. She told me she did not want to bleach my hair right then as it had already been bleached 3 times before that. So she offered me a full refund and told me she would like to make me an appointment for the future. I took her up on that and made the appointment. I just went and saw her about 5 days ago and I am so happy with the result. She executed exactly what I wanted perfectly and it was nice to speak with her at the same time. Sydney really seems to understand hair and knows exactly how to get the results a client is looking for. I told her I lowered expectations and that I was just going to accept the result and she laughed. She has a good sense of humor. When she blow dried my hair and I saw the final color and result I was SO blown away, relieved and HAPPY!! Anyways, I am so impressed by this salon and the people who work there, especially Sydney who absolutely went above and beyond and took a chance that a lot of people would not dare to take because of the possibility of it not working out again. Sydney knew she could fix it and she absolutely did. Also, No hard feelings to the previous stylists. I hope they understand why I wrote the review and that I do appreciate the efforts and it is nothing personal. I am so happy that I have found someone to do my hair from now on. So so grateful and 100% satisfied with how this was handled all the way around. Highly recommend. Will post an updated pic when I can.

Catie isn’t just a stylist … she’s a powerhouse! ✨ She listens, understands, and makes you feel completely seen. Her patience and kindness create the most welcoming vibe, and her suggestions are spot-on without ever being pushy. Catie has this empowering way of making you feel amazing about yourself, inside and out. She’s proud of her craft, full of knowledge, and can even fix what other stylists couldn’t. Walking out of her chair doesn’t just mean great hair, it means walking out more confident and empowered. She deserves way more credit than just “amazing stylist”… she’s a game changer!
