Gaia Nails Organic Nails-Benicia

I came in today for a gel manicure and before I left, both me and the nail tech already noticed that the nail polish was too thick and not smooth. I brought it to his attention and he said it was okay and it will get better. I told him I don’t live in the area and it would be best to fix it now as I can’t come back if it doesn’t get better. He then applied the gel clear polish coat on top and it made the nail polish underneath look a bit smoother and he assured me that it was fine. I left the nail salon thinking it was fine, still tipped the nail tech, drove an hour home and after I showered just a few hours later, my nail polish has lifted on 4 fingers and the nail set has been ruined. The polish on my thumb was so bad I was even able to peel it off and the polish underneath the gel clear coat was still wet! It was my first time going to this salon and I thought I would have a better experience. This is just a normal gel polish manicure and I have never experienced any nail salon mess up a regular gel manicure before.

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! My nails done by Kelly. Arrived around 10:30 on a Sunday. No wait. Clean and relaxing atmosphere. I was dozing off. I paid $75 for acrylic removal, gel plus the chrome. Definitely going again 😊

Wonderful place to get your nails done!! They are all friendly and you can tell it’s a friendly environment to work for! I like places where it’s obvious the staff are treated well as well as their clients! It’s hard to tell with the language barrier. All and all beautiful dark and moody atmosphere. 10 stars if I could!!

My technician took their time, made sure I was comfortable, and the final result came out clean, sharp, and exactly how I wanted it. I've been a here a few times for my regular gel pedicure but today was much more different. I want to do a shout out to Lynn. Lynn greeted me and introduced herself. She gave me one of the best foot massages!!! She was attentive to my toes. And she even told me to lay back and relax, then she turned on the massage settings. I highly recommend this place and booking with Lynn. I will be taking my family here!
