Radiance Nails Studio

It was my fault for waiting til last minute to get my nails done before flying out for a wedding the next day!! I called Radiance in the late-afternoon and they VERY GENEROUSLY booked a same-day appointment for me, just 30 min before closing. It was pretty busy but Jennifer helped me pick the perfect color for my skin tone (got plenty of compliments!) and gave me a beautiful dip set (see photos). She VERY KINDLY stayed 45 min past her shift to make sure they met her standards of perfection. Soon after the wedding, I hit one finger on a countertop and broke the entire nail tip off. I went to Radiance afterwards to repair my one nail and was assigned to Jennifer again. We had to wait for the one nail to loosen in polish remover.. so she gave the old set a COMPLETE MAKEOVER, just for fun! I insisted that she really didn't have to, but she said there were no new clients and we'd have to wait either way. So she 1) shaved them down, 2) buffed them out, & 3) added clear top coats to make them extra shiny! Also, since we weren't in a rush this time, her & I talked a lot more -- Jennifer is also SUPER personable, sweet, and kind. After she repaired my nail, I started reaching for my wallet.. she VERY GENEROUSLY said to not even worry about it and motioned for me to leave, haha! And although I greatly appreciated the offer, I had to tip because it felt wrong to just walk away after getting my entire set re-vamped! I'm really not one to get my nails done often, so I am sending a huge THANK YOU to Jennifer plus the rest of all the (clearly) hard-workers at Radiance for a consistently wonderful experience!

Nail technicians Jenny and Nguyen did a fantastic job with my nails . I requested Jenny to get my nails done exactly as the inspo pic and she did a marvellous and pretty neat and clean work ! Thank you !!!🩷 Ngyugwn did my manicure and she was equally good ! She is very sweet ,kind and takes extra effort in understanding the clients requirements! P.S -I was skeptical at the beginning as I was not sure how the pink colour would look on my hands !Allow me to take moment here and let the folks know that , Jenny has an experience in the nail profession for more than 20 + years and her expertise definitely helped .Because she helped me decide the pink tones will enhance the look ! And so it did!

The manager Will personally reached out to me and asked me to come back so they could fix the problem after my previous visit. He was really nice and took full responsibility. Jada redid my nails and she did an amazing job—very polite and professional. I left much happier this time and I really appreciate that they cared enough to make it right.

Annie is THE best manicurist I’ve ever had. She’s very precise and manages to get my set to look just like the photo reference, if not better. Here’s a couple sets I’ve done with her, highly reccomend.

I have been a loyal customer at this salon for quite some time. Last year, a couple of my natural nails turned green, and one of the nail techs advised me to change my acrylic sets more often to avoid this issue. Since then, I have tried to get a new acrylic set at each visit. However, during my last two visits, the manager refused to let me get a new set and instead insisted on a refill. When I politely explained that I preferred a new set, she raised her voice at me in front of other customers, which was very uncomfortable as I am a shy and non-confrontational person. I ended up agreeing to the refill just to avoid conflict. Today, only two weeks later, one of my nails fell off, revealing a green nail bed. Based on past experience, I expect to find more nails in the same condition once the rest are removed. This is exactly the issue I was trying to prevent by requesting a new set. Unfortunately, I feel that my concerns for my nail health were dismissed, and this experience has made me reconsider returning.
