Recently disappointed. I’ve been coming here for 2 years and recently the techs seem increasingly rushed and rough. As shown in the picture recently, they stabbed their tools deep into my toe and also injured me with the electric file on my finger nails. They have injured my cuticles with the electric files on several occasions but this is the first time I’ve complained. This recent appointment really injured me and I was clearly in pain but they just poured alcohol on it which absolutely sears with pain and then laugh it off and charge full price like nothing happened. I tried to amend the situation by coming in again and asked for a gift card, expecting the full amount to be comped but the owner just kind of agreed, shrugging me off and putting me in a pedicure seat even though I just asked for my hands to be done. I waited for 45 minutes and told them I had to leave but that I would come back at 4:00 pm (my original appointment was for 2:00), which they wrote down in their book. I came back and they were busy again- making me wait another 45 minutes before receiving any attention. Then when I went to pay (again, expecting to be comped 100% because of the previous treatment) the owner offered me a 15% discount. So not only was I now paying for an additional service I was not asking for (a pedicure) but they also increased the service by adding massage and other things I did not ask for. The total came out to $125 so even though I bargained for 20% off, I still paid $100 even though they previously injured me AND made me wait another hour and a half WITH AN APPOINTMENT. I really expect better if I come back and I hope that the owner reads this. They have a lot of great potential but they need to be accountable for when they nick people and jab them. My toe was pretty infected for a week.

Walked-in without an appointment and was seated quickly. I got the hybrid nails and they came it really good, my only complaint is the service itself. I didn't get her name but she's an older lady who did my nails, she was rather aggressive with pushing my cuticles back with the drill tool and kept cutting into them. On my thumb, she tried pulling on my actual skin so I said something then she cut my other nail pretty badly. She said she was fixing them to look more natural, we were almost done with everything so I didn't bother saying anything anymore. Again, the nail/design was good but the nail tech was too aggressive and kept going back to drill my cuticles. At the end, she put the alcohol then the oil and all of my fingers stung so bad 😭😭

I got my nails done by Lauren and she did an amazing job. Despite me reaching around their closing time, Lauren did not rush through any of the steps or skip the hot stone massage in the end. They have a great collection of nude jelly colors and the techs are very patient with helping you find the color you want. The place is maintained beautifully and their service is commendable.

Organic Nail Spa & Skin Care is a gem! They are so friendly and talented. Thank you..Lien for giving me the exact color I wanted and for making sure that I like it. I’am happy with my nails, even received compliments from random ppl.

I love going here to get fun nail art! Lien F. Go was my nail tech, and she's awesome. So patient through the whole process, really making sure the colors are what I want, and taking her time making sure the length, shape, and art are done well. They also give you drinks to sip while you wait which is so nice. Love going here and will definitely be coming back!
