Sunrise Nails

I’ve been coming to Sunrise Nails for years and can’t recommend them enough! Lee, David, and Julie are absolutely wonderful — they always take the time to deliver exactly what I ask for, and their work is consistently flawless. What I love most is that they never overbook or rush through appointments. It always feels calm and professional. Not only do I come here, but my husband and kids have all been taken care of too — whether it’s a quick clean-up or full-service nails, they treat everyone with the same level of care. And their pricing is just right. Truly a gem of a nail salon!

Terrible experience. Their prices are more expensive than they were listed as online, so I spent thirty dollars more than I was planning. When I asked about the pricing discrepancy in person, I made it clear that I was happy to pay full price, but wanted to clear up my confusion as to why the prices are different on their menu online as well as in store (yes, the physical copies of the menus IN STORE also say the “old” prices). They all got super defensive and yelled at me about how those were the old prices and they charge more now. If they’re going to charge more that’s ok, but not making that clear to the customer is false advertising and I don’t appreciate the dishonesty. On top of that, even though I saw multiple customers pay with their card, they refused to allow me to use my card to pay and insisted that I give them cash. This would also be fine, except for the fact that I only brought enough cash as I was expecting to pay based on the prices they had posted online (not enough for the new unlisted prices + tip). When I told them about this they told me to go next door to the food maxx and buy something so that I could get cash back and pay them in cash. Freaking ridiculous. The nails came out ok, but honestly I could probably do them better myself. They were nice at first, but as soon as I asked about prices that went out the window. They treat you like crap unless you’re a regular. I tipped $10 and I wish I hadn’t; I’m just not a fan of sneakiness, intimidation tactics, and outright rudeness.

Ever since I found it 3+ years ago- even when I lived out South, I've NEVER went to another nail shop!! Idc how bad my nails looked or however many months it's been between pedis- I'll go without before I let another shop do my nails! David and his b wife and everyone really- is so nice and down to earth! David has the most infectious "giggle" when he something makes him laugh 🤣😂 They are the epitome of Professional! They know what to do and how to do it! They are the best in Sacramento and super reasonable! Shop is always clean! If you go HERE- you'll never go anywhere else!💯👏👏👏😘❤️🥰

Been going here for at least 3 years and they are amazing. My nails always hold up for 3+ weeks and prices are extremely reasonable. Husband and wife owners and they are good people. I will wait to go here rather than a spa experience elsewhere as they do such a good job.
