2025-11-09Called ahead to make sure they had a walk in spot. Checked in and 15 min later they said they “made a mistake” and I have to wait 15 if I wanted service. Well at this point I’m staying. Let’s hope the skills are better than communication. Edit !! I needed my natural shabby toes to be Puerto Vallarta ready. I googled my reference for a set for my toes and they delivered exactly what I want. Acrylics on my toes and hands. Square shape I feel sexy my toes look beautiful, very classy, clean perfect lines very good pedicure, including cuticles my full set manicure looks insane, sick, sexy and then my man gave me a beautiful diamond ring to top it off so thank you Lena nails for pulling it all together. Super vacation review for you

2025-07-24This was my first time going here. I've been busy lately and wanted to treat myself. The last time I got my nails done was back in November. I dont treat myself very often. The service was fast and while I didn't get what I wanted, my technician was gentle and I do like that the nail polish is thinner than other places. I've included the image of what I wanted vs. What I got. I didn't complain because she seemed stressed and she was doing her best. I don't like my nails but I'm stuck with them. I have too much on my schedule to get them fixed or removed. It's so disappointing because my friends nails looked so good. After tip, I paid $54.

2025-10-16Every experience I have had is wonderful here! Jenny does a fantastic job on my nails each and every time! She is a wonderful person, fast and detail oriented so my nails look great every time. Her husband is also amazing! The whole team seems fabulous. They ask many times if you are happy with how it’s going. I see the team work together on nails and nail art to make sure each customer is beyond satisfied. I highly recommend this nail salon and I am so happy I found them.
