M2 Nail Lounge

I have so much to say about this nail place. I'm honestly ashamed of myself for being a customer of 3+ years and not leaving a review until now. First and foremost, I have never had a negative experience at M2 Nail Lounge. Even if there was a small issue, everyone there was immediately available to help me and fix it. I have had the following nail techs: Winnie, Alice, and Andie. All of them have done a fantastic job. Each one has a gift at their own craft. I love that their lounge is clean and the color options are endless. Due to the high quality and service they provide, I only have to get my nails done once a month. All my friends and family have been referred here and have had wonderful experiences as well.

This review is looong overdue, but I just wanted to share some love for M2! It is one of those places you hope to find, where each nail tech is as talented as the next. They always manage to make my own nails look amazing, no matter the length. I’ve always arrived confident and left happy with their work, and it helps that everyone has a good sense of humor and is open minded and patient with requests. Cannot recommend them enough ~

Been coming here for over a year and I always see Shelly. Whether it’s regular gel, cateye, or designs, she creates it exactly like the inspo picture. She’s thorough and makes sure everything is as I like it, and also provides great recommendations when I’m not sure about a color. The entire process is quick and painless (no burning), with stunning results and not too pricey! Highly recommend Shelly and M2.

I’ve been coming here for a while now, and every visit is consistently amazing. The team is friendly, the salon is clean, and my nails always come out perfect. Truly a great experience every time!

I recently had an appointment with Yuki. I want to start by saying that she did a great job on my nails the quality of her work was excellent, and I truly appreciated her skill and attention to detail. However, I left the salon feeling uncomfortable because of something she said during my visit. She made a comment in Chinese implying that I was “complicated” or “wanting too much,” not realizing that I could understand her. While I value honest communication, I believe such remarks should never be made in front of a client, especially when it can feel disrespectful or dismissive. I am sharing this feedback not to diminish her work, but to express how the attitude and words used made my otherwise great experience less pleasant. I hope this can be addressed so that future visits can be both professionally and personally positive.
