2024-07-09The ONLY good thing was that they accepted walk-ins and it was super cheap ($35 for basic pedicure), but apparently you get what you pay for! The nail tech cut most of my nails at an odd diagonal angle -- what was she even doing??? Also, the staff asked me to choose a color from a sample sheet, I chose a hot pink. Like a "Barbie" pink. Very bright, obviously pink. Staff confirmed my choice, went to grab the bottle, and somehow she decided I actually wanted red instead?? So I got red, but I wasn't given the chance to confirm the color once the nail tech had started to apply it. Horrible service. Also, I saw multiple nail techs rinsing their tools in the foot water which just seems kinda nasty. At least I didn't get an infection. Really wish I had gone somewhere else.

2025-01-30This place is great. They are welcoming and kind. They consistently do a great job. My gel manicure always comes out perfectly and they do a great job with my cuticles. They are also willing to stay a bit late if you need and definitely never feels like they rush you out or as if you are an inconvenience. All techs are great but I especially love Amy for my nails and anyone is great for pedi.
