While the quality of work is generally good, Iβm disappointed with their pricing practices. Every small change or adjustment, even if youβre dissatisfied with the service, comes with an extra charge. It feels like thereβs a fee for everything, which has taken away from the overall experience. While I appreciate the quality, the constant upcharges make it hard to fully recommend.

2024-07-02When I made the appointment they said $33 for a pedicure. My daughter added a manicure. When we asked how much to add that, the woman said $17, but then another woman said, "No $19". The service was fine. But when we went to pay they said my pedicure was $35 because she gave me extra massage. I didn't ask for extra massage and it didn't seem long. They also wanted to charge an extra $5 to remove my daughters gel nail polish which was on only 2 toes - and this was not disclosed ahead of time. Then they said it's a 4% fee to use a credit card which was written on a small sign to the side. Very unprofessional to try and mess with the costs this way.
