Angel's Nails Spa

Disappointed with the Service Not Worth the Price I had high hopes for Angel's Nails Spa because the place itself is really nice and inviting. Unfortunately, the customer service didn’t match the ambiance. I scheduled an appointment for the Green Tea Deluxe pedicure and a full set of nails. But when I arrived, the technician started giving me a regular manicure instead. I had to remind her that I booked a full set, and when I did, she looked visibly annoyed as if I was the one making a mistake. Even after clarifying, I still didn’t get what I asked for. I left with clumps of resin under my nails, and when I pointed it out, she only half-heartedly fixed one nail and ignored the rest. The paint job on my fingernails looked so uneven and not really good quality. To top it off, the pricing felt unclear. There was no breakdown of charges, and for the quality of work I received, it definitely wasn’t worth the cost. Sadly, I won’t be returning, and I’d recommend looking elsewhere if you’re hoping for both good service and quality results.

I walked in and was able to get help right away. I requested assistance with my nails because they are super thin. The lady at the front recommended Gel X. The whole process was super long, and the nail tech working on my nails had to fix the same finger three times. The Gel X nails are sticking out of my fingers, and now everything gets caught on them. I paid $60 plus tip for nails that are super uncomfortable and not what I wanted. I am only giving them 2 stars because the place is super clean and smells good. If you’re looking for somewhere that knows how to do full sets or Gel X, this nail shop is not it. I am super disappointed and sad about my nails. I spent 2 hours in the nail shop for a basic Gel X.

Started coming about 9 months ago for regular gel mani-pedis. I needed to get some vacation gelX stilettos removed and it was really comfortable here. My nails get wrecked at work, but I try my best to keep them strong and healthy…coming in every 3 weeks really helps. I’m not really well versed in nail art but the ladies here are always super friendly and do a great job with my basic gel requests ❤️ I recently asked for “low profile” gold French tips on my short nails and OMG they are FANTASTIC!!! Now I want something fancy all the time 🥰 for gel replacement mani-pedi I usually pay about $90-ish per visit, the gold French tips were $120. Also really love the online booking option.

I was really disappointed with my first visit. The salon interior is beautiful, but the service didn’t meet expectations. I had a 2 PM appointment and arrived early, but still had to wait nearly 30 minutes with no explanation. When the service finally started, the technician barely spoke to me and was very rough with my nails. The nail filing was done poorly—she thinned my natural nails too much and the shape came out crooked. I had to ask several times for corrections, and even then it didn’t look right. The paint job itself was good, but that was the only part I was happy with. I didn’t want to tip because I wasn’t satisfied with the service, and I’m also on a budget. But the technician asked me if I had Venmo, and I felt pressured to tip even though I didn’t want to. I ended up tipping out of guilt, not because the experience was worth it. I left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. I won’t be returning.

I love this shop! It feels like luxury from the moment you walk in. They took great care of me for my mani/pedi. It came out perfect and the experience was top tier, the massage was amazing and so was the customer service. Definitely one of my favorite salons.
