Went here for the first time, visiting from Nashville. The salon was clean and they serviced me quickly. Gel Pedicure & Long Acrylic French Full Set for only $116 !! Amazing, will be back.

Really had a fantastic experience and I’m in love with my nails💕💕💕💕

I went with two friends and we all got acrylics. They were pretty busy and there was a wait. They did not push back my cuticles and kinda just lopped off the natural nails straight across. The filling was also not gentle at all and my nail beds are sore. My nails are too thick as we're one of my friend's. However my friend who's birthday It was had it worse. Her's came out lumpy and very unprofessional. Also, we were told conflicting information about prices. I was not charged extra for the cat eyes while my friend was told it was extra. My friend had been there before and got some butterflies on her acrylics but this time she was told they couldn't do it. Too much conflicting information. And too much variety in quality.

first and last time . they are nice . but they service are average didn’t even get my ingrown. they nail polish was cheap and didn’t dry properly. instead of taking it off and redoing it they just added more to it and then dried it with a paper fan . i was in there 30 minutes waiting on nail polish to dry . polish was all over my skin . if u use to big city services don’t go here . this is not top tier

Today I visited this nail shop after 10 years, in hopes to see a guy named Lee that my mom recommended to me. Upon my knowledge, when I got there, another man lied and said "he" was Lee when in fact he wasn't! (I discovered this bc my mom came up there and literally pointed out the correct guy smh) I got a pedicure and a manicure for a total of $110 in which during the manicure a boyish looking male continued to mess up at least 7-8x on a French tip nail (my own nails btw) I didn't noticed how bad the finished product was until I got home in brighter lighting. Their was no paint on the sides of my nails and the tips were inconsistent in size.When I went back up there to address my dissatisfaction. I was rudely ignored and disrespected by the entire staff who insisted they didn't understand me nor did they want to take accountability and correct the mistake. I did not want the same guy whose name starts with a B to fix a problem he created. When I asked for a manager, Noone said anything to me but spoke in their native tongue about me as I was standing there. When i saw the "real" Lee guy i asked him to correct the problem and he himself lied and stated that wasnt his name then proceeded to laugh. This establishment will NEVER receive my business nor references ever again. They have also lost my mom as a customer for their distasteful treatment of a paying customer. It doesn't deserve the 1 star I was required to leave. They are unprofessional and could care less about the quality of their services.
