2025-02-27My first time here and I gotta say: I’m obsessed with the result. I did a walk in and was very welcomed by the staff. The atmosphere is so cozy and I loved all the songs that they played lol I didn't have much time but I’ll be coming back for pedicure as well. Highly recommended

2025-06-13‼️ please read. ‼️ i was the first one to come in since i just got off work an hour before they open so i waited for a bit. when i walked in i asked for just a gel manicure in black and so they paired me with this older man id say around late 50s and he seems sick. everytime he coughed he was coughing directly at me without turning away or covering his mouth. so now im worried im going to get sick as well. also i feel like they reuse their tools because when he pulled out his tweezers, they were in a green bag and they looked dirty, especially the nail cleaner tool where it takes dirt off under your nail. none of the tools he used seemed completely cleaned. also the man was sort of tough on me. he overused the filer and plucked my cuticles too far that some are now open wounded, my index finger is now swollen. when he placed the first coat of black gel on my right hand, my right thumb was too wet so it smeared and fell off, he was upset about it and was aggressive on taking it off that the next time he put more it burned under the light. also at the end he used the file even more and scratched some of the nail polish so there’s scratch marks on my nails now as well. in the pictures you can see how much he overfiled my nail and the open wounds he made. i was really hoping for a great experience with the 4.9 star reviews. especially for this being $46
