Deluxe Nails and Spa

I was hesitant to come because of all the negative reviews I saw, but I had a really nice experience! Both of the workers were super nice and pretty gentle with my nails. They asked if I liked how they looked after every step. The chairs, lamps, and tables were nice and new as well. I'm really happy with how they turned out-- they look just like the inspo pic I shared (inspo pic is on the last slide for comparison). I got tips and dip with gel which was $70. On my second visit my friend and I got a beautiful acrylic set! Our nails looked just like the inspiration.

So bummed to say this was the worst manicure I have ever had. I got gel x yesterday and the nail tech didn’t shape it at all so all of my nails came out lopsided, I had him redo them because it was so bad and then they charged $90… my nails are all filed to one side, are lumpy and look terrible even after the “fix”. Today I realized the gel is not dried underneath and the polish is coming off and wet. On top of this the salon is so dirty - nail dust and tips everywhere. I genuinely don’t know how this place has good reviews.

I have been here for about 3 months now. My nails look so pretty and I got lots of compliments for that. They are family owned and only two of them working, so I suggest appointment before going in and please be patient. They are nice couple and I am happy to find them here.

My Nails are Ruined for the Holidays! The man who did my nails was in a huge hurry- maybe only spent 20 minutes on the entire pedicure. My feet sat soaking for 30 minutes and the water turned cold before he came to help me. These nails are ruined beyond the point of repair before the holidays. They were cut slanted and wayyy too short and curved. They hurt! I have picture included. They look awful! I have a business/conference trip that I leave for on tuesday morning. And then fly out the following week for Christmas to visit friends. My nails will not grow that much before Christmas. I will never come back. Don’t go here! It was rushed and half-assed. I can’t believe they did this to me. I can’t even fix it! I cried all the way home. I hate adding photos online… but I think it’s very necessary for everyone to see the horrid.

I can’t say enough about the service and the quality of manicure here. The owner has taken me last minute to fix nails before a trip and always does a fantastic job. Very quick and efficient! He’s especially good at painting tips—he has a steady hand making him great (and fast) at painting tips/french manicures, etc. He is also great at listening to what you are trying to achieve and has great artistic feedback without being pushy or questioning your vision. I always get dip powder nails and gel pedicure.
