Superior Nails

My daughter's and I went to Superior Naiks on a Sunday evening. I ordered a pedicure. We were greeted with a smile and offered water. The staff was very professional and engaged in conversation with us. My nail technician did a wonderful job on my feet. I highly recommend Superior Nails for your feet care needs.

Omg! My new fav salon. Very clean. Relaxing music. Excellent customer service. I got a pedi by Tom & will be getting a facial by Mindy when I return. Love this place. I almost don’t want to drive home I am soooo relaxed! Oh and Mindy even served me coffee. They are a super sweet here !

Wasted 3 hours just to get a full set, didn't even have other nails on to take off either. I'm sorry I hate to call people out but the manager was not supportive to her clueless tech Tom (& he was practically begging for her help) & then left him alone in the shop w/me. I called at 6:23 asking for a set she said yes come in & I got there 10mins later. She asked what I wanted & there was a display of Unicorn Cat Eyes on the counter, I picked the color & shape exactly as displayed. When it all went south & she came back to shop after her shopping trip - he was just about to start to paint & between the both of them they couldn't pull off the effect. Making my nails look crooked & mismatched & they were already done pretty horrible but I wanted to give him the chance to paint & see, I'm really not that picky - but then she started blaming me for being late & her tech that knows how to do effect wasn't there & said I asked for 2 coats when I was just asking about it & said she'd fix them tmrw & give me a discount but I didn't have time & already been there 3hrs! I told her I couldn't & she just kept repeating it instead of being a problem solver, she just left again with no more help for poor Tom who was trying to be so sweet & kept saying sorry but she gave no help. There was also signs she knew people weren't happy with Tom's nail skills & she kept asking if I wanted a hot tea & if I was ok & to enjoy my nails... now looking back she knew she should not have taken me or agreed to the service I requested. 🙄 I now have to go to brunch with these horrible claws that look nothing like what I asked for & pay someone to fix them. It said Unicorn shape I got almond & some more pointed or thicker than others. He put one on crooked & I had to ask for a redo as well & he did with no attitude. Her lack of support was the big problem here & I'm afraid Tom's skills just aren't up to the level these days. I get the shape was a harder one to pull off & I gave consideration for that & would have left not so upset about that had the paint looked right but after multiple layers adding up on a couple nails & they couldn't do it & she basically gaslit me - I just needed a top coat so I could leave. Lucky I left $20! Wasted 3hrs of my time, & gotta pay a new person! Thank goodness I didn't fall for her pedi add on who knows how much longer that woulda taken. There was no other customers to even wait on 🙄 I'm sorry if Tom gets fired over this but anyone who sits with him will see the signs of incompetence. It was brutal to sit through. New owner only been there a year & nothing was "Superior" about my experience nor the condition of the sloppy dirty broke down shop.

Very friendly, professional.Got a fill and the nails turned out amazing! Vivian was wonderful! We came in late and the made time for us.

My new go-to spot for nails! The staff was very welcoming and nice, and I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Eric, the man who did my manicure. He went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met for my nails, as I wanted a certain style. Will be coming here again! Thank you!
